Only thing you need is front lights, rear lights and the bar what goes across the bumper mouth Nic for the lights and goto your toyota dealer for the bar, around 40quid i think

its on the nearside of the car, just below the headlight, its just as you say, a supporting arm for the active spoiler and it spins, just like the motor. The bar from the active spoiler slides over the top of it and held in place with 2 bolts.
