its not a hard job to remove the spoiler, but i wouldnt have a go at welding up the holes, smoothing and spraying either

yeah bonnet is a large thing, plus you would need to go into the wings for a nice match, but your cars black so it might be ok, 100 seems about cheap/right GVN is London isn't it, meant to be highly regarded

mine were pretty solid, get a flat blade inbetween the seal, with some tape round the end, then twist the driver so it forces them apart. Its pretty daunting but they do come off, be firm If you've not had them off before you might wanna put some new rocker seals in too, as they will have turned hard and crack as soon as you try to take them out of your old ones.

white smoke is usually coolant or water, Blown headgasket or perhaps a water jacket in the turbo or somthing. Black is fuel, blue is oil er as for oil from bov, could be bust turbo seals

wkdtime is from memory nic also was. Usually better for manuals rather than autos etc

Strange problem, Loosing cooling water through radiator cap!

Thats not a stock radiator, thats why the caps arnt sealing proporly, you will need to find out what make of rad that is, then get the propper cap for it. Looks like a calsonic rad tbh or very early fluidyne -
