Fill the rad to the neck. Then, when hot, fill the expansion tank to the full mark. When the coolant system needs more coolant it takes it from the tank. when the coolant system doesent need the fluid it puts it back in the tank.... The level on the rad will never go above the neck, because there is the hose there what connects it to the overflow tank. If the system reaches the set presure of the stock rad cap 1.1bar is it? it will let the coolant into the overflow bottle and viceversa

TFR and a high powered pressure/steam cleaner Then go to it with the gunk and wirebrush then more washing but the only way you will get 100% clean look is sandblasting. -
or the water pump housing leaking onto the pully. This is what was wrong with mine

garmin are shite peter. designed like a childs colouring book, and not very accurate, takes ages to get a signal. Tomtom every time for me.

the figures from the phr kit are based on a car with 550 injectors. but if you run it at lower boost it should be fine

always cheaper to build yer own, then you know what your getting. U can build a high end spec pc for around 750notes if not cheaper

it's an easy job if you can get to the bolts otherwise certain parts may have to be removed to get to it, turbo, manifold etc

you sure its just not the rad cap whats failed? the green areas are just corrosion, if you where loosing a lot it would be wet, or green all down the side of the rad
