Man its becoming excellent again.... **SPOILER** So far, the flashes in that ep were flashbacks im certain. Its seeming that Oceanic know where the plane crashed. The hard dude who visited Hurley in the mental place in EP one either works for Oceanic or is some government official it looks to me as they set-up a crashed plane which was showed on the TV while Oceanic knew of the original planes location so took on the team to recover information. As to why they are after Ben, ive no idea as yet, maybe they knew he killed all the dharma people, and the hard dude works for Dharma?

I think its boiled down to yes theoreticaly it will take off, BUT Are there tyres, bearings, engines strong enough to actually get for example a 747 or any other large passenger bearing aircraft in the air? Nevermind a conveyor belt that would hold and rotate with a plane on it

I'm leaning to think that the plane will take off now, but those experiments on you tube are seriously flawed hardly scientific at all i think there's no way to test for example the take-off of a 747 or something therefore the question is until COMPLETELY proved is unanwserble

its already been explained to you that those marks are lacquer, IE the boots been painted with the spoiler attached, you cant get rid of it.
