    MkV recall

TBF. If you had a problem like that on a brand new car why would you take it all apart yourself then expect a dealer to warranty anything... Makes zero sense.
  8. I have the boot rubbers, 3/4 years old and still in great condition. I bought new ones as i thought the old ones were causing a problem but it's still the same with new ones so wasn't the rubber!

  15. Sorry Jak Urbanpixels and Ric is same person, that’s because I messaged branners on Instagram, my bad
  16. I’ve found some now at a local place. Cheers guys
  17. Cheers guys, Because of the seats lack of tilting function the rear seats became even more useless than they did before. I knew this would be an issue when i chose the seats but i decided to build a little rear seat delete just to tidy up the back of the car. It's a little rough and ready but it will be OK until i find something better or if something "carbon" comes available You can see how small the gap is here. Very simple layout using the original rear backrest bolt holes everything is very secure and no rattles which is always nice.
  18. additionally where did you buy the bolts, can't find much in the uk.
  19. Yes they use a 14mm. I have a gauge for it, not quite sure i know how to use it. 3 same answers above thanks guys ill get a couple.
  20. Cheers guys, another busy day with a rear seat delete more pics tomorrow lol I’m exhausted now
  21. Hi Guys and Gals, I've fitted some new seats and although they are fixed down well i think i'd be happier with some longer bolts. Does any body know what kind of bolts they are? It's not quite m10 could be m11 with a weird Japanese thread. Anybody with a definitive answer? Cheers
