I'm going to have to go to a shop and compare some in the flesh. I'm not buying LCD though as i want a 50" and LCD is far too expensive in that size.

I'm going big though this time, 50" and only want to spend around a grand. Are LCD still better in big sizes? i was always told that LCD's were only better on the smaller sizes i.e. below 42".

Not really bothered about the make, it's the price that's appealing Saying that, ive had my current plasma nearly 2 years with no problems whatsoever. Any opinions on that model? has it got everything i need? i'm not really up on the latest technology. All i want is to be able to run my xbox 360 through it in HD and that's it really.

Nope, i worked it out for him on several different occasions, and that is what his made. Maybe there was something wrong with your mates warrior? or his right foot was a little overweight perhaps?

We're moving house in a couple of weeks and i thought i'd take the oppurtunity to upgrade the TV, out with the old and in with the new and all that. The current samsung 42" plasma we have will be going into the bedroom, i want to upgrade to a 50" HD ready plasma but which one to go for? Seen this one Clicky Any good?

My brother has a 53plate warrior, it's really nice and i considered one myself once i went in his. The leather seats and stuff are nice too. Failry inexpensive to run averaging about 28mpg which isn't bad. Good offroad too considering it's a pickup. Obviously slow as hell compared to any supra but there are some power upgrades available.

Have you driven an auto supra? it doesn't sound like it from what you have just said.

It's a horrid feeling seeing it be driven away isn't it? I've not got over selling mine yet, i miss it like crazy. Hopefully going to buy one over the winter when prices are low. Probably a manual n/a this time.

Ive talked the mrs into it so we should be coming on sunday, it cost me dinner down the local tonught though What time are you hoping to be there? i know it opens officially at 9 but surely better to get there early?

It's going to be a manual N/A i reckon, stripped out, caged, UK brakes, may even have a matt black paint job.
