  1. No, i mean the MR2 has no rear seats
  2. Thanks Col, thats the kind of info i'm after.
  3. No rear seats though.
  4. Ive had 2 already, a UK non turbo that i spent over £20k on including a very expensive turbo engine swap and a white 1995 mr2 turbo. Would buy another non turbo but i could do with a bit more room to be honest.
  5. Not really bothered about the speed mate, just after a nice-ish car for the 3 mile trip to work and back. Reliability, is really the main concern. Anyone owned or driven one?
  6. Well i also know a lad who has had his for the last 5 years or so with no problems at all but he is a proper perfectionist when it comes to looking after it. Anyone else have any experience with them?
  7. I remember she had one and had lots of problems with it. Just wondered if anyone else had any experience.
  8. Considering replacing my current diesel van with something a bit more pleasent to drive to and from work in. Ive noticed FTO's seem very cheap at the moment but are they any good? I'm particularly interested in the 2.0 V6 version. Anyone have any experience with them? not really bothered about the speed factor as anything will feel like a rocket after driving the van for over a year. Areas of concern would be reliability and economy (to an extent). thanks.

    Ultimate Farce

It used to be ok didn't it? this episode is awful so far.
  10. Is it true that LPG will be the same price as normal unleaded soon?
  11. I sold my old 42" plasma this morning for £200. Sorry dude.
  12. Sorry, only just seen this thread. Turns out the car was a complete lemon, it was a cat C write off, which the previous owner (a member on here) reckons he knew nothing about, even though the claim went through whilst he owned the car Also turns out it wasn't even a real trans am anyway, just a regular firebird with an engine swap, but they hadn't upraded the cooling system, or the suspension to handle the extra power. So i ended up flogging it on to an american car collector for a MASSIVE loss. He said he would probably end up breaking it as it was in a bad state. Oh well, you live and learn, just another reason not to trust people based on face value i suppose.

    4AGE engine

Ive got a 4AGE in my westfield, running twin weber carbs. was rolling roaded at 140bhp before i bought it. It's a bit nippy yes.
  14. I'm not small and i fit in mine just fine.
  15. Yup, totally seperate movie. As if the first one never existed.
  16. Coventry in places is pretty rough, but head out of the city a little bit and it's not too bad generally.
  17. I spent 10 years of my childhood learning the alto sax with weekly lessons at school and private tuition payed for by my parents. Hated every second of it at the time but looking back i wish i'd tried harder, got to grade 6 or 7 i think. Packed up the lessons when i was about 19 due to the death of my teacher (he was 80 and dropped dead on his favourite hole of his golf course) anyway, i digress.... I drag the sax out of the case every 6 months or so i give it a blast to make sure i can still do it. Spent the last couple of years trying to teach myself the guitar, electric and acoustic. I can play a few bits and bobs but nothing very impressive.

  19. My mrs is an accountant and she uses sage, i'll ask her opinion when she gets back too if you like?
  20. We've been doing the same for the last couple of years, was the only way we could afford to buy at the time. This time though we've borrowed a further £45k and gone straight on to capital repayments, we must be mental!
  21. Nice one, it's a good feeling isn't it. We should be completing our house purchase on Friday, the mrs is really excited but all i can think about is that fact that our repayments will be almost double what they are now! Another reason why i no longer own a supra
  22. Nice chopper mate, how big is it? (no homo)
