If you ever have breathing trouble you should always go to A+E, even if you dont think you should
I think you will find that the phlegm you cough up is the result of a chest infection, or the ending of a chest infection, which may have effected your breathing
Are you sure you wernt just panicking due to lack of breath? some people (im not saying you) think they are having an asthma attack, but infact they're having a very mild panic attack
You should NEVER borrow someone elses inhaler, at the end of the day it is still a drug
Im sorry if i sound like a mum, i suffer from low range cystic fibrosis and asthma so i know how you feel about breathing problems if i get really bad i have to have physio to help remove phlegm, its the only way i can breath sometimes
