  1. No problem mate. Have you got any pics from the shoot. If not, I'll give you the number of guy in office who can burn you a disc. Shame they didn't use all the shots - there were some great ones of the car round the roundabout.
  2. It's now sold. The guy seemed really enthusiastic about it so hopefully he and the car will turn up on here soon. I know he'd read just about every post I've ever made on here, so if you're reading this... take good care of her! Wide wheels, flared arches, big intercooler in standard bumper yeah?!
  3. Have the original wheels from my Supra for sale. They're finished in anthracite and not in terrible condition but by no means perfect and could do with a refurb if you were using them for anything other than spares. Come with tyres (Yokohama if I remember correctly) and not sure if tread is legal - tracking was a little off for a bit. Will have a check though. Open to offers, thinking somewhere round the £100 mark. Also have a Sony X-Plod cd headunit for sale if anyone's interested.
  4. Looks like it may be sold as have taken a deposit!
  5. R33 - would be tempted normally, but could do with the money and I wouldn't have thought those 2.5 lumps are that economical! Jamie, have sent you a pm
  6. Tried the autotrader and just got a load of messers. Dragonball, you have a point about tidying up - it's just finding the time - literally working all the time at the moment. Part of the reason before was because it wasn't mot'd or taxed to be fair. Have a chap coming up either tomorrow or the weekend - wants to take it away for much less than I've advertised and am tempted... but now am thinking maybe sat night cleaning session and some new shots on sunday may be a plan!
  7. Ha, some people have overdrafts almost this big - go on!!!
  8. With standard wheels (may need two new tyres on back very soon) and no headunit, I would consider a good few hundred pounds below my asking price. Try me!
  9. Reminds me of a guy called Gary Gooding's RX-7. Nice one
  10. Sorry, only got this rubbish one - think it looks cleaner in the flesh!!!
  11. If people are struggling for money, may be willing to do a cheaper deal for the car without the wheels (standard ones back on) or headunit.
  12. Just thought, the guys at House of Kolor are pretty up on their bodyshops. Next time I speak with them I can get an idea of who they'd use - they deal with all sorts from modifiers to classics.
  13. Mate, sorry I never e-mailed, but the VW guys like Steve Denton of Auto Haus (I think - he used to work at Premier in Northampton) or Greg Howell at Southam Bodies. I've seen Mk4 Golfs from both those guys with arches pulled out quite a bit so they may be able to do similar on the Supra. That guy in Ware - Cross Autos - who did the R32 Skyline might be good too. But classic restorers or VW modifiers are all good bets.
  14. Fair point, here are some pics of the paint blemish on door, the slight knock on front bumper with yellow headlight and a shot of into the boot and interior shots. Hope that helps.
  15. I'll throw in a free easter egg is someone buys my car! mmmmm
  16. Cheers mate, can't believe it either. Know what you mean about wheels - was tempted to paint the current wheels antracite because I quite like that moody look.
  17. Nothing's really wrong with it - runs perfectly. The rear tyres rub a little but am including the original wheels and tyres as compensation. As far as tidying goes: • One headlight is new, the other old so old one could do with replacing so they match • small dink in front bumper (two weird holes about the size you'd get if you hammered a nail into the bumper) and cracked front numberplate • small amount of paint missing in about the same places on each door from where some vinyl was taken off (about 4cm square if that) - only the driver's side is noticeable from any distance though • as stated the car was driven into but repaired professionally over a year ago - the repairers never put a small black plastic strip back on to cover the mounting bolts in the mouth of the front bumper. They got the part in when I noticed, but I've never collected it. • a few small marks imperfections on the body as you'd expect from a car of 15 years old but still looks great when clean • interior could do with a good valet and the driver's seat bolster is a little worn as you'd expect. Sounds really bad doesn't it, but a lot of it you hardly notice and the only things that have bothered me are the mismatched headlights and the missing paint on driver's door. Reckon to make it mint you'd be looking to spend about £600 on paint and the headlight so all in all a pretty tidy Supra for just over £5k. Would do it myself, but a) don't have £600 to spare right now, b) want the car gone asap and c) don't have time to mess around sorting it anyway. That's why I'm letting it go cheap.
  18. Come on guys, make me an offer!
  19. Probably doesn't help, but I have this pic.
