  1. will the TT M/T clutch fits the NA M/T? someone told me the 6sp box uses different clutch, is that true, how would the tranny make a different on the clutch since the clutch is mounted on the flywheel which is on the engine side!?! I need to replace my clutch, as it is shuttering at take off when it is warmed up, and I can't drop down the gear when it gets up the speed, cruising through town at 30mph I will have no problem through any gears, but out on the open road, doing higher speed, can't go down the gear, have to wait till it gets to below 40mph before it will go in to 4th from 5th, had that problem before with a honda and the clutch was in bits when I had it out! just want to check first to see what clutch I should get, since I'm not going to go N/A-T for atleast another year and also will be going 6sp, no point spending a lot of money on this replacement if it wont be use when times comes! cheers
  2. new seals would cost a good bit I imagine I had a leak when I had the MKIII CRX Transtop silicon grease solved the problem for me, thats what is recommend to be using on rubber seals for reconditioning them, I got that from a Honda main dealer at the time, since I was picking up my new front panel you should be able to get them handy enough, hope that will solve your problem like it did for me
  3. I think he's looking to buy one!!
  4. ah so the TT cover will fit once you have a TT style intake to clear the space, cool, in that case, I be getting one of those as well when I go NA-T
  5. what about the valve cover? will the TT valve cover fits the NA head? or is there a TT style valve cover to go along with this so the engine looks nicer rather than that lump in the middle.
  6. just changed my plugs today from stock to NGK Iridium, car feels smoother. strange thing I see when I had the plugs taken out, these plugs are from 3rd and 4th cylinder, I'm thinking it's the rubber ring seal under the valve cover is causing a leak and in result of my plugs like this, what you guys think? any other possibility?
  7. Toyota Supra Fast and Furious A page I found with full spec of the original
  8. unless it wasn't a real M3, but everything looks right on it, all stock. so the E46 M3 don't comes in 3liter then? what about the E36 3liter?
  9. what about the 3liter M3 then? there's hardly any evo around here anyway, met one yesterday, came flying up and passed me without a second though, I dropped the gear and went right up behind him, he slowed down after a while, couldn't get away from me though, could have took him.
  10. what you reckon? Vs the 3liter M3, and how far off would it be against the M3 Evo?
  11. LMAO yea need that to see the tinny pic, never see that anywhere, looks like a track car
  12. oh I fitted mine 2 days ago, didn't take any pic, if I came across this thread before hand I would have took some pic, by the way that boss kit in the pic on last page, thats the same one i got, all I did was trimmed down the plastic plug and it fitted well and good. everything working fine.
  13. where about is it? never heard about it before
  14. how come they wanted 14k of me when I was to bring mine over Chris? the car been in my name for over 12 months and I have a bank account over in hong kong and it is active, can have statements print out for proof. realisticaly I'm over here all the time, but how would they know once I have bank statements and phone bills in my name that happened to me few years ago with the delsol, only had it on UK plate for like a month
  15. I have a 2000 skyline GTR in hong kong in my name for over a year, my uncle been driving it since it was bought, but after I found out the vrt will cost 14975 euro, I say bye bye GTR. wish I live in the UK
  16. there are after market ones that let you keep the air bags, I remember seeing them somewhere on the web, do a google search, I myself dont have air bag so I don't care , just got a nice momo boss kit and a titanium sparco leather steering, I'm happy
  17. thats a good bit of money for nothing, might as well go all the way and turbo it
  18. what you mean a fake intercooler? is it actually a IC there but connects to nothing or something different? why would anyone do that? stupid
  19. I just checked the layout of the switches on the diagram which is the USDM ones(LHD), and they are not the same as the layout of the switches for the jspec ones, just thinking there is a possiblity that the pin out could also be different. also I do have 2 wires left over from the loom which was plugged in to them orange plugs. and I followed the wiring diagram to re wire the plugs on the switches unit, and nothing works, before I do that, I had 2 switches that would work for a short time when turn the key on, I'm thinking there might be a error code feed back to ecu as to some in-correct wiring, and it disable itself all together then, but now, just nothing, 3 LEDs are on the fan switch constantly as well.
  20. does this diagram at the in this pdf file apply to all MKIV supra's or just the 96 on? jap or uk or usa models? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72844 the diagram showing is referring to U.S. as it is LHD layout after figuring out that the location of the left and right are the opposite. anyone got some info about this? if the wiring is not the same for any supras before 96, or different for jap, anyone know where I can find the correct one? thanks
  21. that lay out is the same as this one here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72869 but it states it is for 1996 supra is there one for a 94, or are they the same?
  22. seriously need some help here got new air/con ECU, new switches, still the same problem, what could it be? all fuses are fine there seems to be wires been cut and rejoined, one of the plug that goes in to the air con ecu. the center plug has defo been cut out and rejoined. help please!!!!!
  23. I like fandanza because I used their lighten flywheels on every cars I've worked on and never had any problems with them, as for other parts, I am still doing research on what to go for! what I want to do is to have everything set up and ready so I can get the best performance and handling when I get the PHR stage 2 turbo kit fitted, get the best out of everything really, including weight reduction on everything as well as corbon fiiber doors and wings this and that, the whole lot.
