  1. quality is pretty good though. look at that FD he has for sale for instance:) (sold though). they may look a bit rought but some of his cars are owned by top spec japanese companies...so i guess they know how to take care of a car;)
  2. if you may want to drift then...i'd suggest get this (import from ghost dancer) http://www.driftworks.com/forum/ghost-dancer/32530-supermade-d1-street-legal-one-via-democar-4-900-a.html he's got more for sale, an RB26DETT JZX81 aswell:smitten: http://www.ghost-dancer.com/DW/onevia2.gif
  3. 165, thats not to bad is it:D But if i wanted more power than 500, i'd have to buy a new gearbox, and as they are rare AND expensive (there is/was one for sale for 1200, but from a member on here with all anchileries it was about 2500 and new 6000+) it looks like im going for one with a getrag 6 anyways....thanks for the info though people really apreciate it:D
  4. cheers. its from the age of about 7 when they really start to get anoying. thank god im working on an oil rig then anyways, i'll take them to local car meets, JAE etc when im here though, to keep them happy and give my mom a break:innocent:
  5. very good prices then.. 3. 1994 Supra 6-Speed TT (90K) - £5000 interesting:D. register + mot is not much...both about £40. but you need a set of good tires, a fog light and an underseal to (japanese cars from some regions dont get rust as they dont put salt on the roads, which means they wont bother putting an underseal under). it depends what you can get tires for etc, but all in all should cost you about £400 (with 'normal' tires)
  6. babies are great. my twin brothers are about 20 months now..they NEVER cried at night, ever! they really have character...awesome little fella's. and best of all, they are really into cars already (they got all my toycars and recently discovered some 1/18 models:chuckle)
  7. try for an integra type R;). AE86s? a tidy one can be had for 4000-4500, they not only make a good drift car but also a very stable grip car, ultra light (850kgs). get some ITBs with it aswell, sounds amazing then.
  8. im going to do Instrument & Control Maintenance and Process Operation, but i also want to take on a seperate course (home study) of project managing. http://www.ecitb.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=81&Itemid=164
  9. lol sorry, i was watching a movie so i didnt read it properly:rolleyes: . i understand it now, and chassis role could well be a problem then. i guess put it more chassis bracing, a rollcage and some welding on weak spots would sort it out well though... i really want as close as possible to 0 chassis roll tbh, and in stock form allready having it thats really bad. i myself dont mind a stiff ride, im getting 8/6 kg/mm coilovers on my s13 which will be daily ridden so when i get a supra that would be a lot different! i'll see whats up for sale when im in the market for one though:D
  10. hey cool, im going for college to do this. im getting paid a minimum of 12 grand to go to the college (one year only) and a maximum of 16. after that, if i'd do a 14/21 i'd earn £52k in my first year minimum (depends what you choose), which equals in 141 working days a year. so when all your mates are at work in a boiling office during summer..you're on the beach chatting up hot women! also they have EVERYTHING on those rigs, sky, tv, pool, snooker, sauna, gym, internet...its all there dude! some people say its a very dangerous job...but to be honest you have more risk dieing in a car crash going to your boring office job than working on the oil rig!
  11. oh right ok. I want a manual though:p . but no need to worry as i can always get the rear seats out and mount a bucket in further back:cool:
  12. is it in peasmarch then:confused:
  13. do you mean having a non aerotop, but modify the roof so its an aerotop? (sorry i've only lived here for two years so every now and then i just get mildly confused). sounds interesting, and i want a full rollcage anyways (safety reasons + stiffer chassis) so i could do that... cheers, that explains it then:) i believe the V161 (from the facelift to i believe) has a slightly shorter 6th gear doesnt it?
