Getting sadder by the minute. Please guys, give me some good news!!!

Passenger footwell full of hot sticky water. Car like a sauna. Thankfully caught it before it overheated. I guess its gotta be the heater matrix. And it looks like a pain of a job to get too. Any advice? Radweld got me home and seems to have stopped the problem, but i guess its only temporary. Any help is appreciated

Got the quote on the phone today from Tesco's. £487.00 !!!!! Felt a little guilty so declared my new OZ Alloys £570.00 so still very good. There has to be some benefit to being 46 ) -
