  1. Hi Guys and Gals Due to ill health my 93 Jap Import NA has been sat in my garage for about three years. It has not been started/turned over for this long. As my health has improved I need to rescue it from rusting away and get it all up and running again. It's not too bad from the outside, bit of mould in the cabin and all tyres still have air in them. I don't want to just buy a new battery, wire it up and hit the starter so could any of you advise me of what steps I should take to be as safe as possible BEFORE trying to start it. In the olden days I would have removed the plugs and turned it over by hand to check for seizure and changed all the fluids but I understand it's not that easy with the newer models. I used to be an aircraft engineer so not a stranger to wielding a spanner and big hammers even though computer keyboards are now the tools of my trade! Any advice would be gratefully received. Regards Paul Cooper
