  1. Would love everyone to sign and make anyone you know aware, if you agree that is I don't normally feel it necessary to shout notices at everyone but... "The government’s proposal to introduce road pricing will mean you having to purchase a tracking device for your car and paying a monthly bill to use it. The tracking device will cost about £200 and in a recent study by the BBC, the lowest monthly bill was £28 for a rural florist and £194 for a delivery driver. On top of this massive increase in tax, you will be tracked. Somebody will know where you are at all times. They will also know how fast you have been going, so even if you accidentally creep over a speed limit you can expect an NIP with your monthly bill." If you care about our freedoms and stopping the constant bashing of the Car/Van/Bike User, please sign the petition on No 10's new website: It's all getting beyond a joke. Don't think it wont happen, pay as you go insurance is already a reality. The petition is below : http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/traveltax/ Some background from the BBC : http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4610755.st Thats all, thanks Pete

  7. i agree i like the dish on the supra I always liked what i have now (see garage) and wheelmania vortex, the ones i have now i saw on a porshe ages ago but they were too expensive then i joined the Supra forum and got them at a generous price from a member:D
  8. wow i am impressed mate, looks like you have done an excellent job
  9. A guy who i know at work had his Type R wheels refurbed by Chips Away and they made a really nice job, dont think it was too expensive either
  10. ha ha didnt mean you putting it on just meant the finding of it, but still would like to see it
  11. thanks for the heads up mate
  12. I used 1500 wet and dry on the outer and inner (could actually see the water going yellow where it was coming off the lense) and then used Mer scratch remover did this a few times and then used a nice wax to finish the job and protect. Have a go its really not that hard, hardest bit was masking everything to respray the chrome bits. Thanks for all the postive comments too
  13. Thanks to all the guides etc on here i decide to have a go and i think they have come out well http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a251/petayblakay/Picture006.jpg Before i did this they were very yellow and cloudy, but the worst bit was that nearly all the chrome had come off the rings and so lloked a nice browny yellowy plastic They arnt perfect but are loads better than they were http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a251/petayblakay/newcarpics035.jpg look at the left one uuurrrrgh
  14. I have got this problem but mine is snapped not sure how to fix thinking of making something to sort it
  15. you want a bitch so much you said it twice lol lol
  16. looking very good, my 19's are on in my garage if anyone wants a scan, it is a bit bumpier but i have no problems with handling rubbing etc, and agree that parts will probably wear quicker but then i will just replace them he he and i am mega pleased with how they look (and sorry the pics are a bit crap not had chance to take any better ones yet )
  17. ha ha, nah it was the first time i took it work and they all came and had a look, some with cameras lol
  18. ha ha, yeh very true, anyone know of anywhere in the Stoke on Trent area that would do a decent job of this
  19. okay, this is me on works car park a couple of months ago not long after i had bought the Supra Edit: Yellow headlights removed, nice wheels applied
  20. hhmmm havent really got any spraying equipment so this is going to be a dead end for me unless i pay an arm and leg and get a body shop to do it
  21. This is well complicated stuff, would a garage not know or be able to tell what the best settings for road use with no tyre wear would be (what i will be after)
  22. So you are saying the facelift standard fit with bigger brakes are the 17's
