I walked out of the cinema half way through this film. Not impressed at all. Rocknroller is one of my fairly recent favourites. On par with Snatch, Lock Stock, Layer Cake etc.

I went to Farnborough Air Show yesterday. Really good day out. Most of the stalls were closed as it was the last day for the companies and delegations, but even so, the displays were brilliant as ever. I didn't see the 787 yesterday, but it may be back for the public days.

I was just wondering whether anyone in the North East (and knows their way round an MX5) would be free for 20 mins this weekend maybe? I need to know (from someone more trustworthy than the run of the mill MoT rip off merchants) a rough gestimate of what needs to be spent to rectify massive rust areas (car has been sat in a field for a while). I think it's worth it. Only 35k on the clock, and tis a beautiful car, or could be.

I work on flexi time, so as long as we work the hours of 10am - 3.30pm, we're ok. We can start anytime from 7am - 10am and finish any time from 3.30pm - 6.30pm. We just have to make sure our flexi balance is ok at the end of the month.

I was going to T but sold my tickets as my friends are getting married in Cyprus in August and couldnt afford both. Next year though.... However, I am still going to Kendal Calling which should be ace

The top third, over my rib cage, was quite painful... but the rest was surprisingly not too bad. all good now though... apart from the fact I cant get my belly out in this lovely weather!

I broke my back whilst jumping into the sea in cyprus. Compression fracture of the lumber 1 vertebrae. Still gives me jip if I've been sitting down or standing up for a while. Glad the guys decided to wait for the helicopter rather than carry me on their shoulders!
