im all for the death penalty in a case like this. if those two can plan something so sadistic and to be able to pull it off in broad daylight at the age of TEN! then i dare to imagine what they would be capable of now.

surely by shooting yourself though you must already be in a suicidal state of mind, people dont choose to become suicidal unless there are some serious issues going on inside their heads which then brings me back to my original point of said person not having control.

im not strong believer of fate but i do tend to question things like this. when you think about it every single event in her life, every single decision she made, every single action she undertook resulted in her standing where she was. everything we do in life leads to the one decision we have no control over, how we die.

Right the trip to sign on today was as depressing as i expected. The woman spoke to me as if i was some loser so i politely pointed out to her how im in this situation and the qualifications i have and she suddenly changed her tone of voice and body language towards me. Still dont like her though. She then went onto to say that she had booked me on a 'returning to work' course for the 2nd feb.Ii asked is there any chance of changing the date as its my birthday that day and i wont be here and she said 'its too late, you should have told me sooner!'....told her sooner? she only informed me like a minute ago as to when the date for the course was, which i didnt even know about! Anyway todays trip really kicked me into gear when i got home and have searched like ive never searched before and have found 4 large construction companies with graduate positions currently available so have spent most of the afternoon (and most of tonight by the looks of it) filling in the online apllications. Fingers crossed there may be light at the end of the tunnel after all!

all in know is that my battery is the same one used in a fiat seicento as it was the only one at the time i could find with little terminals.

Construction.7 years bricklaying, supervising for 3. The whole situation sucked as i had just finished my degree when the company announced the redundancies last year. if i had known sooner i could have applied for post grad positions else where. As it was by the time i found my job was at risk there werent any post grad positions still available anywhere. ive noticed some companies are advertising post grad positions for 2010 already so spending most of this week phoning a lot of companies, sorting out my CV out and getting them sent off.

off to the job centre this morning to take part in the depressing, and frankly quite degrading, practice of signing on. ive been in employment since i left school and have now become whats better known as a 'dole bum' oh the joys of modern day economy.

im here again. no matter how much i sleep during the day or the night i always wake up at around 3am and then stay awake. its very annoying.

whats disappointing about it? because not many have come forward to donate for this one specific cause? i donate to causes that have either affected myself or family directly or those that have helped. i find it easier this way as if you are going to start donating to random causes then where do you stop?

i may got shot down for this but.... why does it take something on this scale for people to pipe up about donating cash to a charity? yes its horrific whats happend but there are terrible things and people suffering all over the world every day. how many would be donating if it didnt get as much media attention? There are people much closer to home to us that need just as much help who have needed it for years.

no! we've told him we'll even pay for his passport. like has been said though there has to be some underlaying issue as to why he wont go. we have to talk him into doing everything. if we go bowling we have to beg and plead with him and only then he'l come to watch. its a shame as he's a good mate to all of us and we all like him but just wish he'd be a bit more open to things.

one of the guys has already threatend him with this. it didnt work. from the sounds of the text messages everyone is accepting he isnt coming and theyve started referring to it as a 'lads holiday' rather than a stag do now. magalluf here we come!!!! for anyone thinking about going to magalluf, very unlikely in this place, it is possible to do a week there in mid july for £203. cheaper than butlins!

we made it clear to him that we wont attempt to do anything like that to him. not only is it a shame he doesnt wanna go seeing as he's getting married but also the fact that the chances of all of us having a holiday together again is very slim. his status on facebook last night was 'youre wasting your time guys, im not going to magalluf. im staying in with my PS3 no matter what you decide to do'

a group of us usually go out every weekend and he'l make an appearence on the odd weekend but even then he'l stand in the corner of the club and not mingle. he's always been the shy sort but to turn down a free holiday with all of his mates just puzzles me. the good thing about it all though is that the entire group of us mates are now off on a lads holiday. if it hadnt had been for it being a stag week a few of them wouldnt have been able to make it due to having girlfriends that frowned upon it. im sure the stag not being there aint gona make much of a difference.

Me and a group of my mates booked a week to chavalluf in july for another mates stag week. informed the guy yesterday as to the plans and he's turned around and said in no uncertain terms that he is not going! He doesnt want any sort of night out or week/end away. He very rarely comes out with us on weekends these days choosing to rather stay in playing his ps3 but we didnt think he would turn down a free week in magalluf:blink: we've spoken to his other half and she has said that she also has tried to convince him to go but he's having none of it. we've told him that we wont pull any pranks on him out there if thats what he's worried about but theres no budging, he aint going. so yeah, we are off on a stag do without the stag forgot to mention aswell that we asked his other half where are they going for their honeymoon and her reply was no where! he wont leave the town that we live in. sad on so many levels!

guys i was only messing with the sub £1000 comment! i wish people would stop making these threads. just as soon as i convince myself i dont need a conversion a thread like this pops up and gets me thinking again

not sure what they are called but its a load of little purple balls in a black mesh bag that smells like bubblegum. thats what i use.
