  1. You scared the sh!t out of me Matt! Didn't even want to look inside this thread just in case there were photos of it!
  2. 1. edge 2. jaymdee 3. gambie 4. leelbuk On of the guys at work is from Tatsu and after seeing mine he wants more Supras to come!! So come bring urs everyone!
  3. Absolute c0cks! Even more of a kick after you've already spent money at the bodyshop - but as you say, at least they didn't get what they wanted! This seems to be happening more and more often - I live in a quet area but still condsidering some sort of CCTV system to catch the knobs if they were dumb enough to try it in front of a camera - hopefully a good deterent anyway. Didn't your alarm go off?
  4. Cheers for your help guys - I have tried changing them all to known working platinum plugs (the ones I took out of the car were all perfectly fine and only covered ~5000 miles) My problem has worsened and is a tad confusing. If I turn the keys, starter motor cranks but the engine doesn;t fire and just keeps turning forever. BUT if I turn of the ignituion, switch back on she almost catches and everytime I switch off and on (needs about 5 times) it gradually gets closer to starting and eventually fires up - car runs fine on full boost, under load etc but on idle she is missing often (not rhythmic - makes car vibrate when missing). From searching the forum it could be coil packs, but why would this get easier to start everytime I switch off the ignition? I could be missing something obvious that some of you supra Guru's out there might know/common fault etc. Please help! I have no idea how to diagnose this! Thanks in advance!
  5. No worries - It has macro function And nature shots always come out good!
  6. Same ones as mine - I got mine off here from someone who I think bought them from ebay themselves Taken with my phone: Easy to fit and look great at night!
  7. I think too many people think its too chavy! Fair enough there will be some there but then again, as long as chavs own cars there always will be! Its a good day out with things going on on a well known track. Get to see the good, bad and ugly of cars and some bizarre creations too (last time I went, everything was getting d!cked by a bloke in a twin engined nova which did 0-60 in about 2 and a half seconds! Now I am not a fan of Nova's at all but was impressed nonetheless! )
  8. Yup - Dr Lecter is back! Anthony Hopkins back to his best again Defo worth a watch!
  9. Any idea if this is going on still? Or should I see if I can get on stand with another club??
  10. Now hang on, we're all friendly here n all but be careful mate! lol Sorry I didn't spot ya, I do wave if I see other people about!! Hopefully see you about - we have meets quite often so keep an eye on the South West events section! Lee.
  11. Well spotted - yes james twas me! just got my Supra back after 2 weeks so was treating her to some Optimax rather than the usual Tesco 99 that I have to use nearer me! I didn't spot a Supra anywhere! Take it you were in a different car then?
  12. Can I have a go once it's finished? Thats going to sound SWEET!
  13. I'm so glad you introduced this to me James! So funny! for those that don't know - you can watch a fair few of the episodes online already at www.tv-links.co.uk All free and they stream. Been watching them at work but through headphones as Mr Abadawengo sometimes upsets a few of his 'customers' Pigeon in your bank account... classic! "Hi, My names Mike and I'm calling from 'Dip you balls in treacle and wave them at dog communications services limited.com"

LOL It would be interesting to see a Supra towing! That way my mate could see what its like to do 150 leptons in a Fiesta! Haven't seen one in Brizzle with a tow bar before though... Don't think its someone on here... yet
  15. But seriously, If you don't think you have got enough then you probably don't. If you are at complete edge of a budget that will not factor in that some things all come at once. i.e. MOT and Tax, and then you find to pass MOT you need to change tyres, maybe fix a few things and £'s can easily mount up. Just make sure you always have a bit of money aside otherwise you could end up wasting weeks of insurance with it off the road
  16. Same sort of thing going for him as Jeremy Clarkson - funny people in a slightly immature way - some people I think just take them too seriously really! I can stand Scott Mills, but will put a new CD on if I just bought one.
  17. Even if its set-up I have had a much easier morning at work listening to Moylesy and the gang!
  18. Says at end he won by 2/100ths of a second! Twas very close that!
  19. Will eventually see that parked up outside a school dropping the kids off...
  20. lol - thats better - will be where he belongs then - 2 miles behind us rather than keeping up in a nippy NA Could be a TT on the way though so we need to watch out here!...
  21. Cheers to both for those links - to be honest for £209 you can't go wrong - The camera came out last september so there may be another model out but I'm sure it will be a tad more pricey - and I'd prefer a cheaper one in case it was damaged or lost etc. Looking forward to seeing more footage from you!!
  22. This guys got all the advice!!! Cheers for that - a bargain tried and tested! What's the Make and model? And what's the battery life like - last 2 questions I promise!
  23. We'll have to wait until Scott replys!
  24. Warning long..... Raising the age limit for driving will not solve the problem at all. Experience definately makes a difference and it shows - my mate passed his test at nearly 26yrs old and he drives as bad as the stereotypical 17yr old. The difference here is definately peer pressure and security. Yes I like to drive fast myself but he drives fast in places where I would drive slow, makes sharp movemnts with the steering wheel, drives too close to some people on the motorway, wheelspins etc. All just because other people do or too look fast etc like a motorist fasion statement Common sense and knowing what happens when you drive too fast in the wrong place at wrong time etc would help here. An example is taking fork lift license test - they show you a vid of what happens when you don't think, look etc and show a scene where someone has been decapitated because they weren't aware of their surroundings. Couldn't they do something similar with driving a car - i.e. driving up someones @rse does this... Driving to fast round a corner caused understeer and then this... and maybe even examine it like they do with hazard perception etc. IMO knowing how a car handles when its pushed beyond its limits is just as important as knowing your stopping distances On a sidenote - I think that driving a RWD car should have involved some training - its totally different than driving a FWD car and all the rules change and oversteer replaces understeer etc. And I'd lie if I said that I have always been in complete control of my Supra. You wouldn't let someone who drives a car drive a HGV without examining them on the differences first would you...
  25. I could make that - not too far from me and means I get to go along the Bristol ring road on the way
