You look at it starts to fall apart. Seriously though you'll know because it will have loads of the metal fins missing or when you touch any of the fins they will simply disintigrate and flake apart!

These do look good as well do the ones treated by peroxide. Does anyone have experience on how long it takes before these 're-yellow' when sanding and spraying them? Would be interesting to compare the length of time before having to re-apply each of these methods!

Normally forget the number plates before I get to a computer but this one 'flashed back' to me this morning! As usual I wasn't in my Supra when I saw you. Was going southbound and getting off onto the M49. Possibly one of the Wales posse?

Old skool gaming is great - seemed like much more was put into the gameplay itself rather than just the graphics. I have a hacked PSP which I use for all my old skool gaming needs and dust it off everytime I have a long journey on a plane, train or bus. Nothing makes the hours go faster than a bit of Zelda LTTP, donkey kong country etc As for dreamcast - that's got to be one of the most underated consoles ever. I had one and at the time of N64 and PS1 it was more comparable to a PS2 and the other consoles 1 generation ahead! 60fps high res gaming, but the worst copy protection ever

I still got mine at home somewhere dude. Was working when I had it off. In London at the moment so I'll have a hunt around for it when I get home if you don't get any luck on here by then.

Is there anything physically wrong with the iPod dude? If not then why not stick rockbox on it? http://www.rockbox.org/ This will turn the iPod into a 'normal' mp3 player where you can drag n drop songs onto it like a memory card - no iTunes etc. I done it on my iPod video - it even plays doom! Give me a shout if you want help with it but you've been quite the little hacker yourself lately so expect you'll work it out!

Starcraft 2? Company of Heroes - just look on gamespot.com for any RTS (real-time strategy) game and it sounds like you'll get what you are after. As for getting PS3/XBOX etc, if you want to play in low res graphics just upscaled to 1080p then go ahead But seriously, if you want economic gaming the consoles are the way to go, but IMO they have fallen well behind PC's as they always do towards the later half of their lifetime. (Although I have both consoles just so that an I can play exclusive titles)

Hello mate, have you tried PM'ing Keron or Dude on the forum? Keron will sell you the gearbox individually I think, but Dude (AFR Tuning) will sell it as part of a conversion i.e. they'll sell it with fitting and won't split. Other that that I think you'll find one hard to find but hopefully someone will spot this thread Good hunting! Lee. EDIT: just realised your location, I suppose you won't be bringing the car over for fitting! Don't want to know the price of shipping either :O

Yup, rapid clicking is exactly what they do when battery is too flat to turn car over I think it's the solenoid you can hear? As you turn the key the solenoid engages, and the starter motor tries to turn the engine but it puts such a drain on the already flat battery that the solenoid releases again. This happens rapidly, thus the clicking. If it were just a single click and dimming lights I would then say the starter contacts need a refurb. -
Does this mean it would be a good idea to re-torque these every now and again to prevent it leaking simply because it's lose?

Brakes!!!?? C'mon people, these cars are too fast and too heavy to be neglecting them! Does 6) mean that 491 Supra drivers in the UK have put those sunstrips on them, that probably say "motorsport" or something on them? (I hope not! ) They probably just failed on tinted front windows. Lots of people do the fronts regardless of legal side of things.

Just had a look and you can get quad LNB's ready for the future Although there has been a time or two when there has been more than two programmes on at once that I want to record, there's so much crap on these days I hardly see the need to record 4 at once! Must be for families who just cannot stop fighting over the Sky remote! I know some can get ruthless!

If you want to record one channel and watch another or record 2 channels simultaneously you'll need the two feeds. I believe that you need to swap the LNB on the dish for a dual LNB though.

Last feb I got stuck trying to get out of a small housing estate - defeated by a tiny incline! There was a bunch of kids filming me with their camera phones too whilst I was checking if I could overcome the 'hill' at WOT I don't find the car any more a handful than a normal car to be honest - just got to learn to be very smooth with the throttle.
