I had a similar incident with Autoglass, except they reversed another car into mine! I told them I would get the car fixed, which they would pay the bill for and told the Autoglass call centre to give me the details of a different branch to fix the rest of the car. Don't wait for them to suggest something, tell them what you want, as long as it's within reason you should be fine. If you get no joy keep asking to speak to the next person up the chain.

Cheers for the info Gaz, unfortunately it's not me doing the work, I'm just trying to hep someone out. Really I should have just stopped when I confirmed it's not down to the printer driver, but once you start being helpful people just want more and more. I hate Macs, they truly are the spawn of satan, I feel so dirty having to have so much contact with them over the last two weeks. Fortunately it's all academic now, I told her she best go speak to Adobe, for some reason she thinks reinstallin OS X and photoshop is going to solve her problems.

I think it's more concerning we are looking at pictures of page 3 girls and the only comment Keith can muster up is to critique their ability to apply makeup..............

Aha, found some, it's not the creation of the new job units I'm having the problem with. It's after and you are ready to print and you go to setup the page size. In Page setup the first option is settingsand it is set to "Page Attributes" if you change that option to "custom paper size" the window changest and you have Paper Size and Printer Margins at the bottom. The usits for these dimensions are in cm even though in "units and rulers" units is set to inches. This isn't printer dependent as it doesn't change no matter which printer you have selected. Any ideas?

Do any of you guys know how to alter the units used to create a custom page size (from cm to inches) in Photoshop CS in OS X? /Waits for thread to sink without a trace

Yes, the only other thing I can think of is the the trac button is split into two (OFF/SNOW). I can go take some pics of my dash if it would help?
