  1. SSR Integral GT1 18 x 8.5 / 35mm offset fit ok:) Two 'sketches' added to show the clearance difference between J Spec v's UK spec. Might be of use to others contemplating the upgrgade.
  2. Old Trafford 'only' holds 76,000. Where would the other 9,000 go?
  3. I'd stop and think before saying anything negative. Thousands of football fans in the UK never get to Wembley, let alone get there and win. I've been there twice and seen my team beaten both times but to me the place is awesome. I didn't even register the surroundings, just soaked up the atmosphere. I do agree with Pete though, Wembley should be for finals only. "The big prize". Good luck in the final.
  4. Thanks for that. I've reused my old ones temporarily just to move the car around, but I want to fit new as one of the heads is a bit chewed up.
  5. I'd have sentenced him to 4 wives minimum if I was the judge.
  6. Anyone got the part number for the front brake calliper mounting bolts please?
  7. Homer, I've got the front and rear hoses as I've fitted Goodridge stuff. You'll need the banjo bolts as I re-used these (and you'll need copper washers, obviously).
  8. Yes, no problem. I'll get pic's tomorrow. Do you want front or rear?
  9. Just upgraded to UK spec all round, so have my old J spec discs, calipers, part worn pads and flexi pipes if anyone needs anything. They're off my '96 facelift (done 95,000 miles). The calipers function ok (passed the last MOT ok) and don't leak but aren't pretty. Obviously heavy so posting would be expensive, but can deliver anywhere along the A11/A14/M6 between Norwich and B'ham at the end of the month.
  10. Thanks for the good wishes folks, but my birthday took a turn for the worst when Portsmouth scored.... Oh, and happy birthday to you guys.
  11. Just getting over the feeling of loosing at Wembley for the second year running. I thought we gave Pompey a good match today, but it's all about goals. Guess we'll have to concentrate on promotion now.
  12. A guy I work with was offered the choice of local or general for a hip replacement op! Apparently post op recovery is a lot quicker. He went for general as couldn't face hearing all the sawing and hammering involved:blink:
  13. I concur. I had the same in December when I had my knee done. The pipe's are inserted while you're under (well, mine were). Also, the back of my hand hurt like fcuk where they'd rammed a needle in for a drip:( Good luck mate.
  14. Ah married life 3 women: one engaged, one a mistress, and one married, are chatting about their relationships and decide to amaze their men....that night all three will wear a leather bodice S & M style, stiletto's and a mask over their eyes . After a few days they meet again..... The engaged girlfriend: 'the other night, when my boyfriend came back home, he found me with the leather bodice, 12 cms stilettos and mask. He saw me he said: 'you are the woman of my life, I love you'...then we made love all night long The mistress: Ah! me too, the other night I met my lover in the office and I was wearing the leather bodice, mega stilettos, mask over my eyes and a raincoat, when I opened the raincoat... he did not say anything.....but we had wild sex all night The married one: 'the other night I sent the kids to stay at my mothers for the night, I got myself ready: leather bodice, super stilettos and mask over my eyes....my husband comes back from work, opens the door and says:................ 'Alright Batman, what's for dinner...?'
  15. I'll be leaving for Wembley at 7:30 on Saturday morning:)
  16. +1 Definitely recommend Le Touquet. I'm going again in June for a golf weekend (5th time). Loads of good restaurants etc. It's not cheap, but worth going. It's where the Parisians have their holiday homes, hence it's full title - Le Touquet Paris Plage (Paris beach). We stay at the Holiday Inn, 5 mins walk from the town center.
  17. Anyone got a couple lying arround that they don't need. Alternatively, anyone got any pictures of the underside of the mounts? Cheers.
  18. Could be the switch has failed or there's a broken wire in the circuit somewhere. The switch is located in the bottom of the radiator at the rear.
  19. Thanks, I feel a little less 'exposed' now. When I say stock I'm talking pads too. I've only done 2 laps of the Ring, so not experienced enough to be really moving.
  20. Perhaps he should just get on with playing football instead of questioning the ref? Not picking on him specifically, as he's not an isolated case. Hopefully players and managers will get the message.
  21. Pity, the sending off ruined the game (watching as a neutral). Having said that, it's about time they dealt with the undisciplined gobby scrotes who play football.
