  1. at one point i removed the turbo timer completely, but it still does it!
  2. LOL, i only just got here man! heh heh decided to go for full member and pay up ryt away tho, as i heard this site was the Bollox and worth the money by far! (thats 3 posts now )
  3. i had this same problem, first check how much you have left on your break pads, they may need changing, also in my case it was definately low fluid, just topped it up abit and it worked. one thing tho, if you top this fluid up, just beware when changing your pads, as this will most definately overflow! (as i found out..... what a mess ) hope that helps
  4. Right, my problem started when my auto box was goin mad and kept selecting gears all over the place flicking between gears like mad even when just going a steady 40mph, i was very confused why this was doing this However i also have a TurboTimer fitted that takes the signal from the No 1 Vehicle Speed Sensor (pink wire) off the ECU, and tells you how fast your going, and what i have noticed is when the autobox is playing up like this, the speed on the turbotimer is also going mad!!! one second its sayin 247kph then 156kph,then 216kph then 13kph then back up again when im actualy only going about 10mph lol (example) now im guessing that the autobox is changing gears (as it should) to go along with these speeds its getting signals for, so what could be makeing this sensor do this and where is this sensor mounted?? also FYI, i dont have a TSD fitted, and my speedo converter (kph to mph) is fitted directly onto the back of the main speedo dial, nowhere near the ECU, also this is not a constant problem, sometimes the car drives fine and the signal is fine, then other times i will drive it for a lil while and then the signal starts to go mad again. how can i fix this signal, and stop this from happening so that my autobox works correctly again? has anyone got any ideas why this is doing this? I desparately hope you can help me!! thanks, Steve
