I'm also going to have a new warning light panel made up to include a rear fog light symbol. I did this on my last car, but the whole conversion was so much easier as it was a pre facelift so the new UK spec panel I bought was a direct fit and colour match.

I'll have a look into it. I'd rather keep the two separate and have a factory rear fog light switch.

I want to modify a UK spec dash panel to work with a facelift dash. Primarily as I want to use a factory fog light switch. So either way, I will either need to cut the switch housing from the UK panel and retrofit it to the facelift panel or modify the UK panel with the facelift binnacle mounting. I've been looking at glues suitable for PPE+PS plastic, which is what the panels are made from. I've been looking on the Internet but it's hard work trying to get a definitive answer as to what glue would be suitable. I have read about people in the past repairing clips on dash panels and wonder if anyone has used a glue that has lasted and provided a durable bond?

Mine has been removed. I think I'm going to reinstall it. The fume smell is noticeable. I don't see any reason to remove it other than to have a cleaner engine bay. Are there any modern smaller alternatives to the charcoal canister?

So the dial faces are printed coloured plastic as appose to cut out material with a coloured backing?

I've got Alcon brakes on my car. Having run a car with both J-Spec and then UK spec brakes I have to say the Alcon brakes certainly feel more positive and are less prone to fade on spirited driving. The UK brakes were certainly very good. Especially with the CW fast road pads. But I do think the Alcon brakes are a step up from the UK setup.

By boot carpet I mean the carpet in the boot which covers the spare wheel etc. Not interested in any of the plastics. Do you also have a factory amp and loom?

Sorry Scott I hope Sunny means me. I always miss out too and have so far bought 2 x sets of mint door cards only to find them with dents and rip marks. Sunny - pictures please. Also interested in the boot / fuel release lever and boot carpet.
