Like everyone else he is struggling to get full sets of the B6 Bilstien dampers. I've been told by a few companies, and Chris that Bilstein expect to manufacturer some towards the end of this year. It's anyones guess as to whether or not that will actually happen though.

A massive thanks to Rajeev (Samuari 20V) for giving me the lower wing mirror bracket I needed for free. It has got me out of a real pickle.

I have to confess I'd given up using him as he never responded to my emails. It"s a shame as he was previously very reliable.

You can also try Lee at SRD, Keron at Extreme Performance, Paul at TCB Parts or Paul at Whifbitz All do very good rates on parts. Traditional Toyota dealers that I've engaged with, other than Steve Manley, have never been able to compete with the non-franchise affiliated traders.

Does anyone have a near side wing mirror, condition it irrelevant so long as the bottom bracket is in one peice. The rest can be junk. I've damaged mine trying to get one of the lugs out

I got a complete a/c gasket set from Rockauto in the US, I bought this at the same time as a new Denso a/c compressor. The kit is made by Santech part number is MT2580, Rockauto list it under part number UAC RS2580. This definately has the big gasket you are after.

Which seals have gone? O-rings or the larger one under the plate on the compressor?

That is a real shame as he appears to offer the best quality from what I've seen. Was he able to recalibrate the dials too? I think that is something that is far too often overlooked.

Understandable, I can hardly talk about taking my time on things Roughly where are you based? Maybe someone on here can recommend someone. I used a place in Portsmouth for the galvanising, but I wouldn't recommend them I'm afraid. -

Careful, you've exposed some clean subframe there. Next thing you know you'll be ripping the underside apart to make it all look clean.

I also had a delivery of Toyota parts courtesy of SRD today. I can now finish off the refurbishment of the HVAC, gearbox, and front subframe. I ordered a few parts I haven't heard anyone mention before in respect of the front windscreen. Has anyone else ever bought these as part of a windscreen replacement? I always see the main seal, but not these bits.

That was my understanding too. I didn't think it was an option for them, hence why they covet it that much more.
