Gonna definitely focus on eating properly now, I suppose its obvious, but I hadn't really clicked that this was the most important thing... everything else follows after that. What about sodium levels though? I heard a long time ago that if you drink too much water it can have a negative effect on your body

Evening all, Hurtling towards my thirtys and have noticed that my body isn't what it used to be so i've decided to make an effort to try and get into shape for the summer. Im 5'11'', twenty seven yrs old and about 13 stone ish, I work office hours but often get home late and tired so suffer from lack of motivation. I used to be a fitter for a sign company so was nice and active but got promoted into the office two years ago and have lost the nice toned stomach of my youth and am now working on a bit of a gut. Im not fat but the old metabolism isnt what it used to be, I dont really watch what I eat but am more aware that its not getting burnt off like it did so havent been eating quite as many Macca's and KFC's as I used to enjoy Im basically after some sensible advice, I want to lose some weight and tone up. Im not after getting 'big' but wouldn't mind bigger arms and a flatter stomach. Dont really have a gym buddy either which is why ive not joined up anywhere yet, i'd like to do as much as poss at home. Ive got a set of dumb bells but dont know how best to use them. Anyone got any suggestions?

I've never heard of anyone getting tugged for OTT tints... and I live in Essex where the coppers will pull you for driving outside of rush hour! Anyone been pulled for this? Or know anyone who has? Dont get me wrong I know they can pull you for it but they are more likely to just add it to the list if they nick you for something else.

Im gonna get mine done soon, ive had several cars with tinted glass and love the way it looks. Especially since most of the cars i've had are black, light/med tints look smart. Coloured films or silver look cack IMO but a nice tint finishes the car really well. One thing I will always stand by is they should all be the same tint strength (?) otherwise with the back blacked out it can make the fronts look almost untinted in comparison. A kind of "I wanted to really tint my windows but this is all the law would let me do" kinda thing. Has anyone on here used Axiom Tinting in Witham (Essex)? Thats where i'll probably go to get mine done.

Good luck to you mate! A friend of mine started a web page about three years ago with a work colleague, advertising credit cards on behalf of other companies. Every time someone clicked on one of the credit cards (ie - a Virgin credit card etc) they would be redirected to that companies credit card page and they pay him anything between £1 - £3.50... just for potential customers being directed to the companies websites. It didn't stop there, if somebody applied for a card as a result of the 'link' he would get paid another amount, in the region of £5 - £15 per application. This was just for applying, IF they actually got the card they would increase the amount to almost double the application payment! He was and still is making a fortune, in the first year he made nearly £100k and has been making more and more year after year! Its all about being high up on a google search, my mate started off by paying google a fee (50p or something) everytime his site was clicked on in order to guarantee coming in high on a search for 'credit cards' or 'balance transfers' etc. (Called a sponsored link, I think) Now he has built his site to contain enough keywords and stuff that it comes up organically at the top, or nearly at the top everytime! Wish i'd though of it first!!!

I just bought an Epson Stylus DX6000 from Tesco for £70! Its got the lot, flat bed photocopier, memory card slots for computerless printing, plug and play USB, a whole bunch of software and loads of other stuff. It even came with all the inks and everything to get started. Its very clever too, when you plug a mem card into it all of your photos appear on the LCD screen, you hit one button and it prints an A4 sheet of thumbnails. Under each thumbnail is three circles numbered 1,2 &3. All you do is grab a pen, colour in the relevant circle under the photos you want, lay the thumbnail sheet on the copier, hit scan and it automatically prints off full size copies of the thumbnails you selected. Its very cool

I really like it, love the update with modern celica lights. It looks sweet!
