Hey all, I haven't had a chance to have a proper look but I did have a 10min search but I cant find out what bulbs fit the side indicators on the wings of my Jspec. Push fit ones? The W5W type? Was thinking about replacing them with LED ones... am I wasting my time or can you buy off the shelf LED bulbs that will work on my car?

Its called powerbraking and its not great for the box, having said that its not common for the box to fail from the odd drag start. Just don't leave it cooking for too long and I doubt you'll have problems. Some people just sit there in drive and mash the pedal, but in mine i had a play with powerbraking and managed a 2.16sec 60ft time which is pretty reasonable compared to when I raced it before. BTW revving and dumping it into drive doesn't work, mine dropped the revs down to nothing and then had the slowest start ever. I'd recommend having a few goes at pod to find out what works for you.

Just a quickie, anyone know how much these sold for when they first came out about two years ago? Its the TH37PE30 model I need to know about. Anyone know?

Happy hunting for your new toy, im with SKY INSURANCE but will probably be changing this year as a few members have been getting better quotes elsewhere on a few occasions. Mines about 700 quid with sky on an imported TT, you didn't mention your age (or im too blind to see it) but £1500 seems pricy, was that for a UK spec or an import? Wicked event and well organised, Well done to all involved. By far the best meet yet. my two pennies however... 1- It'd be nice to have a few trade stands to have a look at 2- Bogs are miles away!! (not a lot we can do about that) 3- Don't limit the potential runners, ive been to loads of rwyb and a couple mins wait inbetween runs is preferable for me, give my engine a chance to cool down, plus if theres a few of you in the Q gives you a chance to have a quick chat and meet some peeps. 4- Commentary would be perfect, especially if the commentator knew usernames/names whist people are running. Or even get some vinyls cut that can go in the passenger window or something. (maybe not) 5- Name badges... been said loads of times before but im not a massively vocal poster and I don't make it to many meets. Im sociable but meets can sometimes feel a bit '1st Day at a new school' if you know what I mean. 6- Couple of hotties who can pose on the bonnet of my motor... been gagging for an opportunity to get some 'lads' shots Otherwise wicked event and i'll be back next year without question. Also i reckon most people would pay a bit more if it meant a few attractions etc, just make sure it works around payday as I heard a lot of people say they couldnt afford it mid month. Oh and who owned the lad with the RC Supra? He was a little nutter

I'd go TT Auto if you have to compromise, its got manual mode for the spirited moments and the 'go' when you need it (or want it ) An N/A would still be a lovely car but i'd be kicking myself if id got one instead of my TT. I always wanted a 6sp TT, just like everyone else and just like almost everyone else I had to compromise. I'd rather have supra power and supra looks instead of a clutch and a chav whooping my ass in a focus. All imo of course, try a few and see what you think. Happy hunting

Good to see all of you yesterday, fun racing with Markymark (NA) and Chris (UKTT) (I think that was your name but forgot to introduce myself - doh!) Anyway, my times... 60ft - 2.1600 1/4 - 13.4651 @ 105.14 Room for improvement definitely as im only about 75% BPU at the moment and only running 1bar, I was well pleased with the time I got though. (much better than the 14.7 time I got when I was stock ) EDIT - Just looked at other 60ft times and didn't realise mine is actually only a fart off of Adi's... pleased with that
