  1. HKS Silent Power. I think it could be the way the BC is plumbed in hence the request for English instructions. Checked the pipes for leaks but couldn't here any hissing noise etc and they looked OK.
  2. With the BC off 0.9BAR...with it on 1.0BAR and its a J-Spec
  3. Hope someone can help with this one as I have just about torn out what little hair I have left in frustration... Recently had a walbro fuel pump, HKS FCD chip, HKS VFC chip, full decat (bit of a story there), speed delimeter chip and finally HKS EVC 5 Boost controller. Problem is that the car will not exceed 1 BAR before turbo cut kicks in. To solve this removed the restrictor ring...didn't cure problem Had a friendly Japanese waiter (!) translate the HKS boost controller instructions and as a result removed the stock boost controller soleniod...no effect. Really stuck where to go now! I think English instructions for the boost controller would be a major help if anyone could assist. Question...why the feck do HKS supply goods to the UK market with fecking Jap instructions!!!!!! Rant over! Any suggestions as to fixing this or things to check would be appreciated.
  4. Anyone travelling from Scotland on Sunday morning?
  5. Irvy that looked bloody impressive mate Hopefully I'll have my car tuned in time for the next event!
  6. Sounds a sensible approach...OK with me...so long as lead car knows where to go!
  7. 3.5 hours drive...near the M25...that probably equates to 1 mile in distance!
  8. I don't want to be contentious or offensive but the honest truth, in my objective opinion is that UK-SPec and J-Spec hard-tops are belly button Supras!
  9. Realise I'm local (so to speak) but count me in.
  10. Yep! It's basically for when you breakdown or want to jump start an auto. OR It's an eject button for the passanger seat in an aerotop...that always gets a worried look from the passanger!

  12. Guys thanks for the advice. Anybody know CW handle? Cheers.
  13. Full de-cating the car, HKS boost controller, boost gauge, FCD, sparks and Walbro fuel pump. Burning question is...Will I need to fit a restrictor ring? Fitting this week so a quick response would be appreciated.
  14. OK here come my excuses: 1st time doing this Mentally kept waiting on green light instead of going on amber HKS chip was playing up It wasn't me! Anyway once all the work is done on the car this week and I practice my starts should hopefully see more Supra style times! It was great seeing you all again and can't wait to the next event.
  15. Paul-C I'm from Coatbridge. I could meet you at Strathclyde park (brewsters pub) at 7.15am. Pm your mobbie number.
  16. 17. Spot on It's on the A80 not A9. Paul u would have to come up the A80/A9 to get to Stirling.
  18. Getrag, Coming from Glasgow as you come off the motorway you come to a round-about. Straight through that takes you on road to Cumbernauld/Stirling. The next round-about (and road works) you continue straight through on road to Stirling. Once past the road-works on way to Stirling about a mile/ 2 miles further up the road you will pass a Little Chef (Shell petrol station). We will be there at 7:45am. TXT me when u get to this round-about (road wroks) and we will be ready to leave and join u on the A9.
  19. Are the facelift headlights plastic too?
  20. You just know the cops will be out in force tomorrow helping keep the roads safe! Getrag pm'd my contact number. Drop me a txt when leaving Glasgow.
  21. I would be better picking up the Glasgow convoy at the Little Chef (just after the Cumbernauld round-about) on the A9. If you leave 7:45 I would think you would get there for 7:50 depending on where u r all meeting.
  22. You can count me in too! What route are u planning to take from Glasgow?
