  1. Not too shabby [video=youtube;65jW-FVAd2o]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65jW-FVAd2o
  2. AEM v1 always runs wasted spark on 2JZGTE.
  3. That is one of the settings yes, been a long time since I looked at AEM software
  4. If the 1xxx hp Supra is running OK with the same stuff, have you compared the coil settings between the two cars, it does make a difference.
  5. Why are you changing the stock coils? Is it because the AEM v1 converts from direct fire to wasted spark, the old fix for this was a HKS ignition amp, I ran that setup on stock turbos and then again on a single up to 1.8bar using the stock coils.

    SRD Dyno Room

    Great progress and nice dyno

    SRD Dyno Room

    Crikey, quick work
  8. There are some fake / copy flexfuel sensors floating about at around half the price, only buy from someone reputable
  9. Ditch the USB idea and get a HDMI to DVI cable, then you can run all three monitors, 1 vga, 1 dvi, 1 hdmi to dvi
  10. EGT will tell you exhaust temp, you may think being rich is colder and hotter as lean but its not as simple as that, there are many other factors, I would personally monitor EGT and AFR together. On a non-programmable ECU not much.
  11. You will want a wideband which if going for a gauge type should include the sensor which will need mounting in the exhaust after turbos. Something like this AEM http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/toyota/supra/gauges-pods/gauges/aem/aem-widebandgauge.html
  12. Includes both Goes into details of the fake testing company set up by VW to provide test results showing their cars are better than older ones, which does include connecting an exhaust pipe up to chamber with monkey in, first on a VW and then a really old motor.
  13. There is a program on Netflix, first EP in a new series which talks about the VW emissions scandal, quite interesting and worth a watch. https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/80118100
  14. What size injectors do you have, what size were on the car the ECU came from and what fuel pressure are you running.
  15. The more sensors you have the more visibility the Syvecs has of your engine, this is good, obviously check you have enough IO to support the sensors you want to add The toucan can do the CAL switching.
  16. Still need a device / PC to connect to your cloud hosted machine, that cost would need to be factored in.
  17. If you are sticking with Intel I would certainly go i7 over i5. Even though your not looking at AMD if you are planning to wait a month you may see some more reductions in Intel pricing when the Ryzen refresh is released
