  1. She's give me a substantial list of things which I'll get her, but I want something special / romantic. I've not done myself any favours as I've gone to town the past 2 years, so I'm struggling this year! In the past, I've taken her to see the northen lights in Iceland (can't afford something like that again this year, but it's those moments things that she likes). Agent Provacetuer stuff, including a trip there with champs and chocs on arrival - try stuff on then buy something. A grey kitty kat (no more animals though, but perhaps something releated) Viv westwood clutch bag, ugg boots, benefit make up - that kinda stuff She's a very girly girl.
  2. Nice! I've love to go America, I've not been yet.
  3. Mine was probably a low end one at the time. Never failed on me once and had it for years. Might have been luck of the draw though, as with a lot of tech stuff.
  4. There seems to be a lot of differing opinions. The best computer I've ever owned was a Time computer - bet there won't be many people saying that!
  5. I used to think that too, but the tech in them nowadays means that for general use, I don't think I'd bother with a desktop again.
  6. Anyway, So currently 24 members believe in the supernatural, and 34 members don't. Didn't expect that, I thought it would be slightly more even.
  7. I think you can only apply that if you were not being serious. Epic fail perhaps?
  8. My irony valve has just broken. I just knew you'd come back again I can't believe you ask me to show respect when you've started the name calling And you call me condensending? Oh god (that's ironic too) funny.. funny. You obviously don't know what irony is if you've just posted 'let it be' then come back with all that rubbish then questioned why! I'll highlight the areas above for you that are specifically Ironic. You've never ignored any bait I've given you, let alone tollerate it! Class A delirium On another note Septic, I think you'll make a brilliant solicitor.
  9. What about Richard Branson? I'd have Virgin over the Sky I have if my neighbours didn't veto the line getting put in
  10. Very true Last one to 6 foot under is a rotten egg!!
  11. I don't have much respect for religious beliefs, because frankly, I find it ridiculous. It's always amazed me that people are expected to have respect for other peoples ideas if they falled under the umbrella of religion, but it's a free-for-all on anything else. Just so you know, the idea of a higher power existing is fine with me, but not in any silly fashion that's depicted in our organised religions. Bit Ironic reading 'just let it be' from Septic.
  12. Another clan member joins in! We should have another simile for 'not that' I do too, I'm a big fan of philo. Not heard of that film, might have to look out for it.
  13. It really isn't my opinion that it's improbable - it's logical. No point in carrying this on though, it's impossible to reason with someone that doesn't need reason.
  14. Nice photos. What dance are the supras doing? Love the wheels on the black one.
  15. That's a tragic analogy. Your crisps exist and you've tried both flavours so you know for sure. Very big difference.
  16. You don't have to anything. But if you believe if something improbable, or supernatural, then surely you must to be open to the possibility of anything.
  17. Some cracking machines photographed on that site. Things you wouldn't normally expect to see drifting too
  18. You said "I believe (not in ghosts) but then again I'm a religious nutjob". Pretty explanatory to me?! You're selective of which supernatural things to believe in. No?
  19. If you're willing to believe in certain things that don't exist, how can you disregard others? Seems a bit hypocritical to me. I bet you're hoping it's 'not' then, hey
  20. Problems could range from nothing to having blown a fuse, to doing something like damaging the ecu. Depends on the car. I'd hope new ones would have protection from this sort of thing though.
