  1. Ah, totally explains your posting style.
  2. I lol'd! Never happened to me, but I don't think I've actually used it for anything other than a 12v supply?
  3. I intended to play my first hour last night before I went to bed, but that was swiftly reduced to over half of that time with the masses of loading that's needed! I really like it so far and I've only played through three of the licences. I've got the gold on each one so I'm going to try and get all gold before going on to the races. The first car I've bought out of the level 0 selection is a Toyotal Corrola. 168bhp. I was tempted with the Mazda MX5 but had to keep it Toy! I'm a bit miffed why the BHP/Tonne isn't listed when you're buying a car (unless I'm missing something that is?)
  4. I have the same in my car - very good buy IMO.
  5. You may have seem trucks about that have a pair of balls (a scrotum) hanging down under the vehicle at the rear. As a practical joke, I want to get hold of a pair of these ball bags to attach to the bottom of a mate's Jag X-Type - unbeknown to him. Hopefully he'll be driving around with them on for a decent time before he realises! Anyway, I've looked all over the net and can't find a place that sells them!! Any ideas? Ta Matt
  6. That's even worse! lol. I wonder what's discussion the owners members have in the drive train section. The owner will be gutted if the name changes and someone else gets the rights to the appropriate website address.
  7. I have just at the fact there is an 'ft86club' in existance!
  8. Eh? It's a ~£250k it's not something that your average chap buys and mods. Are you trying to tell me the LF-A doesn't exist? Have I imagined it going around the TG track? Eh? No sense = no clicky on link
  9. The packaging states that the heat shrink will 'shrink' by 50% regardless of size, so it should, in theory, be fine? Ok, I'll solder the joint and use the heat shrink if that's the best solution

    Are you talking to yourself?
  11. I'd imagine new style wheels will be completely different. I'd imagine that to get close you'd need a vehicle from the same era?
  12. Do you have the fabric head liner? - perhaps that's what I'm mistaking it for? Mines the black leatherette variety, which is why I might have got confused.
  13. I have solder and an Iron. Is it important to have a particular type of solder if it's going to be subject to a bit of heat in the engine bay? Ta Matt
  14. I don't think it's any newer. The sell them both in parallel on the Issota website: http://www.isotta.com/eng/prodotti.php?idparent=1&picture=21&over=1&overdown=21 Your interior looks imacculate in that picture. v-nice I can't tell very well, but have you had the seals around the roof join covered? It looks almost fabric like?
  15. I'll be doing my first bit of Crimping and Heat shrinking on Sat. It follows of from this thread here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?237941-Coilpack-Connector-Metal-Spade-Connector-(pics)&highlight=coilpack I know it's a relatively straight forward thing to do, but I want to make sure I get it right - the first time. So I'm looking for some 'top tips' from those in the know; then hopefully I won't walk into it thinking it's a piece of cake and come a cropper if it's not Ta Matt
  16. Apart from Andy Gray getting his job back da dum cha.
  17. A bit of shine isn't always chavy. There are quite a few classy steering wheels out there that are mostly black leather but have a bit of a shine in the middle? I quess it's whatever's in keeping with you individual car though. Something like this is a down the middle solution. Nothing to do with the fact that I have one mind http://www.isotta.com/picture/zulag/volante-2005-nero_maxi.jpg
  18. The S2000 conversions were pretty qaulity - hardly outrageous though.
  19. fair play, it's got classier. And there is erotica! The series has grown up a bit - just what it needed. And above all!!! Do you smell what the rock is cooking?!?!
  20. I'm about to watch the trailer - please, let it be 'classier'. Let's mod some exotica!
  21. Nothing like getting to know your car buy testing it to it's limit on purchase day, hey!
