  2. I'm leaving work in a mo so won't be able to post until I get home..................GAAAAAAAAAA!
  3. I buy all the parts and oil, then take it to a garage for them to do. Like others have said, £200 on parts alone is the norm for me. The only reason I take it to the garage is for the stamp in the book. Have to keep the FSH for the past 14 years
  4. What do you buy a Scottish epileptic midget for Xmas?
  5. I got caught out on the way home a couple of days ago in the blizzard the kent area got. Snow settled on the road within seconds and my warm bonnet got 2 inches of snow whilst driving !!. I was actually very surprised with how well the supe behaved. Being a 6sp, smart use of the clutch meant the car stayed in check the whole time. I saw a few big auto mercs and BMW really struggling though. At one point, I had left a big gap in front of me at a junction, although there is no keep clear or yellow box, I thought I'll leave the gap out of courtesy. Then from the juntion on my left I watched a guy in his 09 plate M3 slidding down the road towards the junction, the ABS was visibly working overtime but was having little to no effect, he proceeded to bounce off the nearside kerb 3 times smashing his alloys in the process and then slid across the road in front of me. If I hadn't left the gap, my supe would have locked horns with the out of control bavarian monster.
  6. Awesome colour, like that a lot.
  7. 27 pages later......and I still don't get it
  8. He like wheels that compliment the car.....stupid answer I know, but he appreciates a tastefully modded car that looks good. Wheels can make or break a car, so he's keen to get it right. He loves my supra, so the benchmark is pretty high. Love the axis wheels, its just that there's no UK supplier anymore, I don't think he'd be interested in going through the bother of importing a set. Its got just under 60k I think, so about average miles for the year. I've been a member on that site for a while,( a moment of madness almost saw me getting a zed instead of the supra ) so he's communicating through me at the moment I've been thinking the Rotas too, the dished GTR's look very cool on the zed, though I've been reading about potential problems clearing the brembos on the front. Cheers dude. The zed is a nice car, but it's not really comparetive to the supra. If you're after performance, then there is only one conclusion. I'll not be harrassing my dad to let me drive the zed, otherwise he'll want to drive the supra.......and that aint happening
  9. It's my dad, not P diddy Stunning yes, rich dad....no.
  10. The rays are nice, but due to them being an option from the factory, there's a few of them about. My dad wants to make the car stand out from the crowd a little.
  11. 2004 UK 350z. I went to look round it today with him. Very tidy standard unmolested car. He got it for £9.5k. Now he's in the market for some wheels. Anyone got any good suggestions for him?
