  1. I should be on later, I doubt I'll make it for 7pm, but I'll be on soon after.
  2. I'm not sure you're looking into this the right way. Wheel design itself will have a say on whether a wheel will clear the bigger brakes, not just the offset. When I was buying wheels, I used the following tool. http://www.morfed.net/wheel-offset-calculator/ You can put the stock wheel measurements in the first entry, then your new wheel setting in the second. The calculator will tell you how much your inner and outer measurements will change in comparison.
  3. Apparently, the hose has to be lined specially for carrying oil/PS fluid. I replaced mine recently and had a mare finding hose for it.
  4. I've seen that car before. Did someone have it for sale not long ago on here. ?
  5. How it didn't chop his leg off I don't know?
  6. This dudes high power Trans am blows the clutch on a burnout attempt. I've heard of clutches letting go before, but this goes one further. http://members.streetfire.net/video/Trans-AM-Clutch-Explodes_727191.htm
  7. I read loads into offsets and wheel sizes when I was buying my wheels. Sure 19's are frowned upon, but I think this is down to people sticking the bigger wheels on and then doing nothing about it. The ride height will need to be addressed as the center of gravity for the car will be higher, then the geometry will need to be adjusted as a result. My car now runs 19's, with a 44 offset on the rear (10" wide so doesn't look pants) and after the ride height and geo were adjusted, I feel confident in saying that the handling hasn't been compromised at all.
  8. Video? **Hovis on the move.**

  13. This should be interesting to see. Though his gymkana (sp) videos suggest he's godlike behind the wheel, the thousands of skid marks on the tarmac show he's done the manouvers many times prior to the final shoot.......he'll only get one chance on the stages, and with Loeb (who is godlike in my opinion) against him, we'll soon see who can drive, and who can't.
  14. The day I was transferred to another police station after promotion, after the shift ended I went house hunting with my wife. While getting shown around by the owner, he states "don't worry mate, you can trust me I'm a copper". "So am I" I say, turns out he works at the same nick I transferred to, and the prisoner that he arrested that morning, was the one that was handed over to me to deal with. So, I buy the house off him, I tell my mates I've just bought a house and the above story. When I say the guys name, they all blurt out that they were in college with him about 13 years ago, and that he was a complete tool Small world....
