  1. Its water transfer process, Nic used to offer a service ages ago for carbon effect dash surrounds. I asked for a quote from wtp-technics, spoke to a fella and sent him pictures of the parts of the dash. He never got back to me though.
  2. Really?, been in many wars have you Jazz.? The best war FPS by far, still to this day, is battlefield 2 on the PC.
  3. Pedro, can I ask where you got this info from? and is that measurement for the UK spec calipers?
  4. Some good racing last night......save a few blatant pit manouvers. Some people have been watching too much police camera action. On the first lap of Laguna Seca, I got pitted after the first corner, with the offending drivert claiming lag did it Sorry I was a bit quiet last night, my son had just gone to sleep and I didn't want to wake him. I saved a few replays too, so I'll get all the evidence up on here later
  5. , I know it's an old Mk3 fiesta trick so it is a bit on the chav side, but I've not seen it on a supe.......maybe I should go and lie down.
  6. I like the way the bonnet covers the lights, looks very aggressive.
  7. Blimey, if you get Jimbos 6 spd, that'll be a result for ya, thats a lovely car.
  8. Right, invite me guys, prepare to get PWNED I'd like to take this opportunity while it's loading,.....to thank my wife for letting me play. (She made me type that )
  9. TBH, the AEM instructions may seem a bit odd, but when you start playing with it, it's pretty straight forward (there are only two buttons after all). What is it you're struggling with? @ SimonT - Good memory mate
  10. Do you realise that ambient temperature has an effect on what boost you'll see. With mine set via the boost controller to 1.1 bar in the summer, the same setting will see 1.25 on a cold winter day. The other aspect is, that it's not just the RR that has a say on what exhaust gas restriction is like. The exhaust itself will have an effect. So changing your exhaust will probably change your boost output too. Hence why no two supras seem to boost the same with similar mods. There are a lot a varying factors that need to be considered. If you find you're suddenly boosting to 1.35 after a new exhaust has been fitted, I'd check to see they've fitted the ring at all.
  11. There's always group buys on speedhut dials in the for sale section, they can be any colour and style you like.
  12. Looks like its been knocked there in the past. Can't understand how there could be rust build up like that unless its been in an accident.
  13. It's the gameplay that shines though. Where GT5 and Forza feel stale where so much processing grunt is put into shiny high def simulated representations and real life car physics. NFS Shift (when in the in car view) feels visceral and exciting. Every undulation in the road makes the car bounce about and the effect when playing from in car view is amazing. Its the best cockpit view out of all the racing games out there IMO. The sound is awesome too, from the gearbox whine to the turbo chatter, everything feels so much more 'in your face' compared to other racers.
  14. To save you some money.... (your wife to be will thank me for this).. Check out Kerons DFS thread in the for sale section, he has several black leather stock seats for sale.
  15. I just linked you to this new member who's been talking about NA-T ing his car. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=207074
  16. Fabio, check this out..... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=207143 £600, awesome deal
  17. I've seen one other emerald green in the flesh at Supra pod 07. Its really stood out a mile in the sea of supras, and looked really nice. Great colour........not as fast as silver though
  18. In defence of Scott M, I think this is a classic case of things being mis-construed simply due to lack of context in forum posts. Scott M is a nice bloke really
  19. If they used this game engine with the physics, with the old game style, they'd be onto a winner for sure.
  20. The head honcho in charge at Polyphony digital and the development of GT5, Kazunori Yamauchi, is one of the industries biggest perfectionists. He'll not release GT5 until he's satisfied that everything that can be done to make the game better, has been done. How would you feel if they released the game in the summer, and it was a dissapointment due to overhyping. ? I can confidently say, that when we do eventually see the final build of GT5, it will decimate the competition and will raise the bar to a whole new level, as it has done consistently over the years. Think of this delay as nothing more than a great game, being made even greater.
  21. Happy birthday for yesterday mate.
  22. Good luck mate, fingers crossed it all comes good in the end for ya
  23. Np, I'd of had it otherwise Good luck with the sale anyway.
  24. I have a 2 year old son, so I don't get to stay in bed anymore Be careful with the UK specs, they're a fat caliper. You'll want to make sure your wheels will fit over them. If you decide to go for UK specs, you are more than welcome to test fit one of your front wheels on my car as I have UK spec brakes.
