Well thats a first, I'm surprised he didn't pull a jack handle out and smash your car even more. Thats what I would have expected to happen. I try not to go mad at people when they do something similar, I try and remain calm and diplomatic, then if I get nowhere I'll move on to some less friendly tactics.

If the import has come from a trusted source (Jurgen @ JM-imports), then I'd go for the import everytime for the reason stated above.

I had them for sale in an old thread last year, but the thread has been weened off of the system so I can't remember how much I wanted for them. Lets say £50 for the pair + delivery if you like? They are mint BTW.

Does it only missfire at WOT?, if you get to the same rev range with 3/4 throttle, does it still missfire?

I guess I'd have to buy another 1st decat pipe to fit these as mine is a jspec, if it wasn't for that, I'd have had these for sure.

if it came off completely I'd agree, you'll not get any boost. One of your clamps is probably loose though, so it seals when you are low boost, but it can't hold the pressure at higher boost.

I'd drain the tank, clean it out, change the fuel filter and fill with petrol. Then try again.
