    New wheels

How in the hell could he work out from your username alone that your wouldn't be able to afford them ? If that was the case, no one would sell me anything (and Paul has sold me shed loads GTLM's included )
  2. I concur, it's an awesome day out, though if you stand downwind, the dust kicked up can become overbearing
  3. Great choice mate, he looks lovely. They're impossibly handsome dogs when mature too. http://www.dogencyclopedia.org/Bernese%20Mountain%20Dog.jpg http://www.bernesemountaindogpuppies.ca/bernesemountaindogimages/verushcaBerneseMountainDog.jpg

    Heya all

Welcome to the forum mate. You should have come on here beforehand rather than lurking, you'd probabaly have been told that wheels with spacers are a bit of a no no, you should really just buy wheels that fit properly in the first place. Jade R's are available in offsets that fit the supra so you shouldn't need spacers. oh, and there's no point in spending loadsa money on an NA for performance increases, you won't get much bang for your buck. Other than that, get some pics up.......we love pics

    New Toy!

http://www.tobefast.com/images/P/MGP_gsxr_600750_0809.jpg It's the style I'm getting for my R6 after one went past me the other day, sounds awesome

    New Toy!

Nice, looks like it's been well cared for. As for changing the can, check out the stubby motogp style ones, they have a larger bore making the sound much deeper
  7. I was only suggesting it in case it hadn't been done in a while. The pully has to come off to replace it you see, so I thought it might be worth it. If the belt is nearly new anyway, it's not worth putting a new one on.
  8. Is it worth doing a cam belt change while you're at it?
  9. You'll have to take me out in the C5 then, see if you can convert me back to old school
  10. I also have a soft spot for old muscle yank tanks. I nearly bought a 1979 transam (smokey and the bandit type) before buying the 2nd supe, I also looked at old mustang fastbacks and the camero's around the time of the bullnose type. I was talked out of it though by my old man, so now I've decided myself that my next car will me of the american muscle variety, though considerably newer. I really fancy the ls3 2008 onwards corvette with the slightly bigger more powerful engine. Just waiting for them to depreciate down to around 20k, then I'll have one for sure
  11. I'll see you at the WIM day then dude I know exactly what you mean about bad cars being good. Good cars can be good for good handling, fuel economy, reliability blah blah blah.......but a great car makes you smile . And some really bad cars can make you smile
  12. Get a motorbike, that's what I did, makes running the supe considerably cheaper.
  13. Got any vids mate? I'd love to hear it running ------------------ Great work as always Dave......master of your trade for sure
  14. If it's only when you start it, it's valve stem seals for sure. If it's not creating a bond style smoke screen, I wouldnt worry about it. It'll last for years still before they need doing.
  15. I'm going to have to disagree with that, a single setup will cost way more than these. These will run with no supporting mods.....a single can't.
  16. Thats the best way mate, then it gives you an element of adjustment when the weather changes.
  17. Are you using a boost controller and restrictor ring?
  18. Here http://www.dp-motorsport.co.uk/shop/index.php?cPath=41_190_195&osCsid=775441079d1e857b6675f2c76ab35d3f
  19. I've been there mate, all it takes is a nice sunny day, a clean supe, some good tunes...and it allll comes flooding back
  20. Worst I've had is like the very last guy where the back end just skips, the bike flipped me up so I was doing a handstand on the bars for what felt like an eternity for me. Shit me up for months, I still don't think I can ride as fast as I could before it happened. I've never had the footpegs dig in, I don't think I get low enough for that
  21. my diameter is 19's, 8.5 +38. Its down to wheel design though mate.
  22. They're 19", but it's the clearance from the spokes. The UK calipers are fatter than the Ksports.
  23. Awesome!!, I bloody love vettes. Who is the guy on here that has the C6? I need to ask him a few questions about them.......might get one myself
