I contacted Albery at KR before I bought my HIDS. Being UK spec lights, he only had one set left in 10000k. I was concerned they'd be horrificly blue, bordeline purple. He assured me they'd be fine, and he wasn't wrong. Pictures and video seem to exagerrate the blueness. Seeing the car in person makes it look clean white.

Or it could dilute the hardcore experience making it worse. Nothing takes you out of the moment more than having to do something physical to glean results. I like to recline back on my sofa and veg out for hours, just the sixaxis stuff on the PS3 annoys me because I suddenly have to do something with the controller that drags me out of the immersion.

MS conference was last night, you had gears 3, and metal gear rising. Both look amazing. The rest was Kinect BS for the casual gamer

Sony's conference is on tonight, it starts at 2000hrs live on several websites, I'll be there for all the new GT greatness (and a firm release date). I'll post up in this thread all the new stuff they've implemented, making it the greatest driving experience ever.

Thing to note, he doesn't mention forza 4. It'll be a Kinect update for forza 3 I reckon. EDIT - and kinect is the biggest pile o shite to come to gamers in a while.

They're not as bright as the 4300k or 6000k stuff, but its better than stock by far. My car is a 'show off at the weekend ride', so 10000k for me

you can change the control scheme to use the PS3's trigger too, though it isn't as good as the 360's.

Neither did I, but a PS3 came up cheap (£100), and I couldn't say no, especially with god of war 3, the new team ico game and other sony exclusives.
