  1. How long does it take for things like oil seals etc to dry out then chris?
  2. I've got virgins 50mb connection, which actually is 50mb's. I'm in their test group though for the 100mb roll out.........bring it
  3. I'll be there on the 7th, might be a bit late though.
  4. I've had a scooby sti, and I've sat in Jamies Audi......I'd have the audi all day long. Much better build quality, a much nicer place to sit than the scooby. It's more of a grown ups car. The scooby was hard work to drive constantly up and down the gears made it a chore to drive.
  5. 1) get the seats leathered, either black or red. 2) More polished stuff under the hood from Rob Mitchell towards the end of January. 3) fit Momo Nero steering wheel 4) Replace all the stock speakers with infinity jobbies 5) carbon lip the ridox bumper By more camera stuff for the events in 2011 so the Pistonbroke productions continue to improve Save more money towards the C6. Supraturbochris....whats this about a C5?, the corvette purchase was my idea
  6. Very pretty car that, I'll never know why Honda never released them over here.
  7. your crank pulley has come off, quite a common problem on the supe. The problem lies with what it smashes into while still spinning at 1000rpm. It's right in front of the oil pump, so it may have damaged that. If I was closer, I'd come round and look to say exactly whats gone, but I'm a bit of a trek away. I'm sure someone more local to you will be able to help. BTW, replacing the crank pulley is not the end of the world. Your car will be fine.
  8. My opinion, is it's rubbish. No decent games for it, laggy response from commands, need a massive room to make it work. Having no button inputs really limits what can be done with games. The PS3's move is better.
  9. Happy B'day dude.........mmmmmm, cakes
  10. It's not being suggested until next year mate.
  11. It's in the latest VOSA newsletter, so it's not just suggestion.
  12. It never said they're becoming illegal, it states 'bulb incompatability', which I read as using HIDS with old style non projector lamps. The other thing it states about ECU's is 'illegal engine chipping'. Engine tuning isn't illegal, and the only way I can summise that it might be, is where some oik is messing with more modern cars ECU's to reset mileages, match engine numbers etc etc. if something like that does get through and we all become outlaws overnight, I'll be removing my number plates, not paying anymore road tax, and failing to stop for any officer of the law.....it's not like they're gonna catch you anyway
  13. As far as I know, cars from factory have to have headlamp washers fitted to hids for the purposes of type approval (which all new cars must conform to) there is also a requirement for auto-levelling and headlamp washers if HID lights are fitted. These things are NOT tested as part of the MOT. Providing the lights they are fitted to are projector style lamps (which the supra has), they will pass an MOT providing the level and colour is correct.
  14. Bump for the second one on tonight.....in about 7 minutes
  15. Linea Corse wheels from the states are nice.......but be prepared to wait. Prices are similar to Rotas.
  16. Is T not faster than H? Edit, answered my own question with google. Next question, can the mini do over 118mph?
  17. I'm suitably impressed with the quality of them, the underside is very grippy so they should stay put. Well worth the money all day long. Thanks again Scott, excellent effort mate
  18. I have a 55" Hitachi in the for sale threads if anyones interested £500 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?231767-55-quot-Hitachi-plasma
