  1. On the side pic of the supra I think I can see a rear exhaust tip at the back which would make the side exits fake.
  2. Wow, nice paint, not sure about the one piece front end, It's be a pig to work on. How the hell do you open the bonnet.
  3. Theres a fella that goes to the Bluewater meet that has an NA variant of the exhaust, it sound very similar, but its specifically designed for the NA having the proper bore size.
  4. Google is your freind. Supra is 1811mm wide so you should be fine. http://www.fantasycars.com/derek/cars/supra.html
  5. Hello matey, your insurance must be a bit steep being 21 with a TT.
  6. Ahhh, americans, I've told them a million times not to exaggerate
  7. Well, the sticky viscous coupling on his fan is definitely causing issues as its theoretically increasing rotational mass on the engine. If he replaces the fan, he will get a noticable improvement. EDIT :_ thanks for the compliments on the car freddyk, it makes it all worth while when someone comments on your pride and joy.
  8. Ok, I've seen freddyk's car, it took me all of three minutes to find the fault. His viscous coupling on the radiator fan is sticky, the tell tale whooshing droning noise gave it away, I free revved mine next to it and it made no noise at all. Well there you go freddyk, you've got your moneys worth out of this club membership already I'm 110% sure this its whats sucking the power from his engine. EDIT :- almost forgot to mention, nice to meet you matey, what is it with Supra owners having fit other halfs, Freddyk, as payment for me and the boys services and advice to you on this club, you can post a picture of the lady that was with you along with some hovis. Don't ask me why, thats just the way it is.
  9. Ok, this is the final cut, (no pun intended) Click original link for viewing.
  10. Yeah, no problem class one. The age group is 15 - 16 year olds. I remember when I was in school, we were shown a fire safety video that was hardcore, showing serious burns victims and the aftermath of house fires with people moulded to furniture and such. All to stop us playing with matches. It worked.
  11. Good point, well presented.
  12. Well, I paid £9000 3 months ago for my 96 TT. You get what you pay for, I paid 9K and its mint, like new, with nice rims and bodykit. If you pay 3k, you'll get 3k's worth of car. I don't care if chavs buy up all the cheap ones, it means more spare parts in the scrap yard for me when they prang them.
  13. Cheers Jake, thanks for the offer.
  14. There is no space, its just a dodgy font. Yes, they are all knife wounds.
  15. Damn you, I spotted that just as I posted this and took it off the site for some serious editting.
  16. A freind of mine in work is a schools officer in SE London, he approached me in work and asked for footage of robberies and street crime so he can put together a little presentation for school kids to put them off crime. He said he wanted it graphic so it sticks in their mind and makes them think about the consequences. So, I've made this little clip about carrying knives, what do you think? 17. Well, your brave, I'll give you that. They are not to my taste personally, but its your car, if you like them, then sod what other people think, just enjoy it. With regard to the danger aspect, you say you've already got points on your license, well be prepared for more as your speedo reading is gonna be well off. The other thing is handling, you say it feels stock, nope, not buying it. If you provoke the car its going to bite your head off at the first opportunity, think about it, if your standing up and someone pushes you, you'll regain balance quite easily, try the same experiment while your on stilts and see if the results differ. One last bit of advice, there is a reason the car has wider tyres on the back, 1) To provide more traction on acceleration 2) To promote underteer, in the wet, your car is going to be spinning round on the spot like its on ice. Good luck with it though matey.
  18. I'm going to meet freddy tomorrow evening and compare supras, Freddy, is your car totally standard?, does it have a boost gauge?. If its got any tricks up its sleeve then its going to be different to mine, as mines completely stock. (apart from exhaust and dump valve) I'll also confess now that apart from basic mechanical knowledge about cars, I'm not an auto technician, and I'm no proffesional when it comes to sequential turbo systems. I just hope I can help provide you with solace that your car is fine, or point you in the right direction if its not. I'll bring my multimeter along and test your HEGO sensor to see if the car is running proper mixtures. I've also noticed you said you can't hear the second turbo come on, if you've got the standard airbox, you can't hear the second turbo anyway, you can just hear the whistle of the first one. Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow evening.
  19. Yes mate, I'll hopefully be at the next one, my shifts at work have prevented me from going down there the last couple of times. Good luck with the tubby conversion, its a bit of a big job I've heard.
  20. Theres Supraman in Meopham, just down the A2 from you. His numbers 01474815332. The name says it all, he specialises in Supras. I'm off between Tuesday and Friday, I'm in Bexleyheath near to you. If you want to compare Supras, let me know.
  21. Paul, the glo dials came from Miami GT, he's a trader on here. http://miami-gt.co.uk/product_info.php/cPath/100_3_42/products_id/236?osCsid=37a703bd5e3dc9f5b0f149cf47f34aec I'll see you round mate.
  22. My god, are there ever meets like that over here.? If not, I'm moving to Sweden.
