  1. I already got mine, my missus got me my TRD spoiler. So now, its just what christmas present to get myself, can't decide between a Do luck front bumper or a top secret, hmmm decisions decisions............
  2. The only car I would contemplate getting at the moment if I felt like replacing the Supe, would have to be a vette C5. At some point in my life, I have to own a V8 american muscle car.
  3. I think all you have to do is get the car on some great country roads, whack in your favourite CD and go for a blat. I can guarantee that within 30 mins you'll either be grinning like an idiot feeling the feeling you got when you first drove her, or you'll be shitting your pants because you gave it a bit too much round that last corner and nearly ended up in a field.

  5. Well, in law, that is robbery, Defenition -> A person is guilty of robbery if he/she: • Steals and immediately before or; • At the time of doing so, and in order to do so, he uses force on any person, or • Puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subjected to force. Reference: Section 8 (1) of the Theft Act 1968 So if they threaten violence to appropriate property, they have commited the offence, and as you can see, its part of the theft act, so its theft. Thats it, lesson over for today. Dazla, you need to tell your mate to get back onto his insurance company, they owe him 10 large.
  6. Are there ever any proper meets up there? If so, I wanna go to one.
  7. Thanks for the comments fellas, it will look much better I feel once the new front bumper is fitted. Now which one to go for ? I have been thinking the do luck would be good, buts its getting quite popular. Any ideas on front bumpers that would suit it would be appreciated.
  8. I was going to get the blade of this spoiler covered in CF vinyl, but never realised how curved the blade is until I saw it, it would be impossible to get the vinyl on without creases so decided to just go with red. As for the front lip, while I was up at knight racer, they gave me a deal too good to miss on a front bumper fitted and sprayed, do I'll probably throw a do-luck on at some point.
  9. Well, here she is. Have to say a big thanks to Jezzybabes for sorting the sourcing of the spoiler, and thanks to knight racer for the spoiler, its a perfect fit. Although the paint fella moaned about bubbling when he first sprayed it and said he had to rub it down again. I said, "well, thats why I'm paying you to do it properly mate and not trying to do it myself". The colour match is perfect. Safe to say, I'm chuffed
  10. The el glo ones are from speedhut, this means they are custom made jobbies, if you want 110mph ones, ask for 110mph faces On the other hand, this may be a good time to get your supe de-restricted
  11. I can't believe it, my inbox has been filling up with reminder emails about this thread but I've not had a chance to read it, I've just read through about 10 pages and never in a million years would I have predicted the outcome. Then, when I saw the front cover pic from J tuner, I was in fits of laughter, I just woke up the wife with my over zelous hysterical outburst, usually when I right LOL, its usually a chuckle, this time it was an all out fit, this thread is one of the funniest things I've seen on the internet for a long time. If there are any awards at the end of the year for best threads, this one is a sure favourite. Kudos to no1_boyracer, without your blind inability to tastefully modify cars, this thread would never have been born, and for that, I thankyou.
  12. don't forget, its a universal IC, and its only tiny.
  13. Pig, your right, I mis interpreted it, I had one of them blonde moments, ignore me.
  14. Read the box above that one, Something about deliberate modification.
  15. You'll need to be careful come MOT time, I know of testers that would fail it in an instant. http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual_610.htm See the box on the bottom right, its quite relevent, particularly to your external dump valve.
  16. To many variables to put a figure on it, just find a nice piece of 'private' road, and give it a run.
  17. Mate, I was at turbofit today and never saw your car, I saw the autotrader crazy red paintwork one piece front bad boy from the motorshow, if you want modding ideas then look at that car for inspiration. I also saw Jamies car sitting outside looking very nice, I then went into the front office and saw jamies new bits of engine taking up most of the floor space
  18. Your right trig, I've just checked out your garage and I'm now 110% convinced that the TRD is the way to go. Your car looks sweet.
  19. Seeing as I've found myself a nice new TRD spoiler to go onto the supe, the original is up for grabs. Its in A1 condition in red. Any offers welcome. I recommend that the buyer collects after my recent run in with couriers.
  20. I know, I nearly fainted when I saw the crap build up, I've washed it all off now but I'm not gonna go mad, the new spoiler will cover a larger area than that so the slight marks and blemishes won't even be visable,
