  1. I'm about to start cleaning mine now in the dark
  2. Rad cap first, as it's the cheapest option. The other places I've found on the supe to leak is the plastic top of the stock radiator cracks with age, and it only leaks when the car is fully warmed up. The other things are the back of the water pump, but this is usually obvious, and finally, I've read threads about NA core plugs falling out. Though again this is doubtful.
  3. Great feature for a great car. From what I can read from your pics, it looks like a well informed comprehensive write up. Well done again JP
  4. Suprasurj's old supra. It used to be much lower, but I'm pretty sure it had CW suspension on it when that pic was taken.
  5. I think the speedhut ones look better. The dial lights up universally, with no dark spots due to being el-glo.
  6. Chris, where did you hear about it from? I'm wondering how many other clubs are doing the same?
  7. Speedhut do them, be sure to tell them it's for a RHD supra though.
  8. Talking to a mate at work last night who's in the Civic club, this meet has apparently been going on for a few months, with around 50 of them turning up each time. Should be a good turnout of like minded enthusiasts.
  9. [video=youtube;0put0_a--Ng] Soppy, but that's what it's meant to be..... Or..
  10. You said it dude Congrats on the engagement, good luck convincing her to let you keep the supra when the question of babies comes up
  11. Ahhh, welcome back to the fray Dean I think Dave is about to back on his 'never doing another supra' comment
  12. Shouldn't be a problem mate, as the meet is at Bluewater
  13. It's a toyota H/unit, but not a factory option for the supra, I imagine it's been lifted from another car. You can see where the dash has been butchered to make it fit the apeture.
  14. His reactions saved him there, good forward vision. He started to brake before the lorry hit the reservation, way before the other drivers.
  15. Great looking car that, I really like the wheels with the red stripe.
  16. PLease don't flame me for suggesting these, but these Fatal1ty headphones I bought for my PC are something else. http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3361136/Creative-Fatal1ty-Pro-Series-Gaming-Headset/Product.html I had my doubts when they were first suggested to me, being a bit of an audiophile, I never thought I'd get anything decent for £35, but then I tried a set.....I've never heard headphones like them, the bass reproduction is outstanding, but they still manage to maintain detail despite high running volume. I promise you, you will not be dissapointed with them.
  17. What happened to the dial surround Mark?, I'm sure I sprayed that silver too.
  18. Stretching the tryes will help as already said. 255's should be ok.
  19. I've seen Jurgen source full engines with ancillaries with documented low mileage to boot, shipped for not much money at all. Buy an engine from Japan, swap your UK injectors over and other nice bits, job done. While you're struggling for work, sorn the car, garage it (if you have one) and use something more practical in the mean time. You'll regret selling mate, you'll be back on top at some point, flush with readies thinking "I wish I listened to Pistonbroke, he was so right, now I can't find a nice UK spec anywhere like the one I had"
  20. When I was about 12, another boy at school said he's smuggled some sweets into the dorm, he said I had to close my eyes and open my mouth. Thinking of nothing but the sweets, I did as he asked, he proceeded to throw a huge hairy eight legged beasty into my esophagus
