  1. Can you put some pics up the skirts fitted please mate, I want to see how good they are.
  2. I like the styles of wheel mania wheels. But the quality of the Vortex R's is shocking. I was tempted to get a set until I did some research. Hopefully the jade R's are better quality for the people that have bought them. I'm sticking with 'any italian' wheel theory. I had a set of Antera's on my old supra which never had any sign of corrosion in the 18 months I had them. Paul2supra still has them fitted to the car, and as far as I can tell they still look perfect. they're not expensive either, I'm going for another italian make this time round, but I'm not saying anything yet as I want to be exclusive for as long as possible .
  3. ooooohh it's so exciting It amazes me how fast some of you people get the funds together to mod your P&J's. I'm tempted to hammer the credit card just to try and keep up with you lot.
  4. Mate, get the geo checked. I had a stock auto TT before my current beast, and that behaved beautifully everywhere. It was never a handful, and never slid out unprovoked. The supra is not a hard car to drive fast, it shouldn't be twitchy or dangerous. Even when the rear does slide, it's not snappy and should be relatively easy to catch. Either your geo is way out, or you can't drive.
  5. This was my old supe before the TRD went on.
  6. Bottom line is, for the OP. You will NOT be dissapointed with the supra. DO IT!!
  7. Depends what revision MR2. After revision 3, they were considerably quicker. There was a video on here a while back of stock supra vs stock mr2 tubby. The mr2 had the supra by a nose on a short little blat. When I mean short, I mean less than a quarter mile. After around the 50-60mph mark, the supra will reel in the little tubby and spit it out. On my old 2007 supra pod video (trying to re-host somewhere), rogue systems had their fettled mr2 going down the strip, it beat every supra it went up against. It was far from stock though. EDIT - remember you only have to spend a few hundred pounds on the supe to take it to BPU. then you can kiss goodbye to pretty much everything that pulls up next to you
  8. BPU is awesome. Transforms the car totally.
  9. I'm going for the abflug hopefully, depends on what price nic gives me.
  10. I have these. Not 19's but very different. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=182788
  11. I had it that way on my FTO, it looked pretty cool IMHO......................
  12. You sods, mine is still very much a work in progress, I can't even see the light at the end of the tunnel yet I'm soooo tempted to just hammer the credit card to death to get her finished for the summer
  13. Wire them up to the interior light live so they come on when you open the door.
  14. New price added to first post, £600!!
  15. The rears in the supra are not subs. They are puny 5" jobbies. Your best bet is to get a decent set of full range (infinity kappa series) for the rears and run them along with the crappy fronts with the headunit. Then get an amp driven sub for the boot. It depends on how big you want to go, but I found the self amplified vibe 10"sub in (in paul2supras car) more than adequate.
  16. Who or where did you get the trust cooler kit from, and does it come with all the bits needed to fit it?
  17. Don't show this to supra surj, he'll cry. Looking good though Dean, what PAS cooler have you got? Mine has a little S shaped pipe behind the N/S bumper vent. I don't particularly like it as it's only secured with a cable tie
  18. My old supra did this, replacement springs sorted it.
  19. I'm working on it fellas. I've lost the original copy, and my PC has got a new operating system so the HD saved copy was lost. Putfile had it but the site has dissapeared
  20. Adobe premier elements. You need a fairly powerful PC as its very CPU intensive.
  21. It's easier than you think, I have no artistic talent whatsoever. I see people on here working their photoshop skills which always amazes me.
