Yes , all silvers are mettalic, . Though I can see what you're getting at. Old silver supras go very very dull if not looked after, giving them a more matt/gloss look. Get the paint sorted on them however, and the silver becomes a very nice colour with an almost 'wet' look.

There was a rumour that a breeding pair escaped, but there's not concrete evidence to prove this. They apparently fly over here from the continent and eat loads of different berry types that grow in urban areas.

I know the birds have been around for a while, but this year the population seems to have exploded. While out with the family the other day, I took my camera with me. I spotted one of them up in a tree around 25 meters away. I've never seen one close up. They are very timid birds, and stay high up in trees well out of sight. I normally see them flying in flocks at about mach 4, so you never get a good look. I couldn't believe this pic when I saw it, so I thought I'd share.. There was also a Kingfisher flying about over a stream, but I lost it before readying the camera.

I seem to remember something about the pipes on an NA being different to a TT. I think a lot of single engine lads have the NA coolant pipe fitted for that reason. My guess is the pipe clamps to a connection on the back of the turbo gubbings on the TT.

Knackered starter motor. You can get a refurb kit for them.

You'll need a TT supra matey after the rev 3 mr2. I had one myself a few years ago and know how rapid they are. You won't be happy in an NA. A BPU supra will make you smile though

Great news mate..........Lol @ Dave the dog, brilliant Dogs are very very tough though, A burglary suspect was being chased by a police dog on my shift a few years ago in Lewisham. The burglar jumped over an iron fence with spikes on the top. The dog followed suit but got its hind leg impaled on the spike causing it to hang there. The dogs can obviously run considerably faster than people, so the handler was a good 15 seconds behind him. When he got there, he lifted the dog off the railings leaving a clean hole from one side of its leg to the other. As the handler lowered the dog to the floor, the dog shot off again in pursuit of the burglar and caught him, when I say caught him, I mean chewed through his left forearm almost to the bone. Dog survived the ordeal despite huge loss of blood and was back on duty a week later. Dogs are ace animals

Mine is lowered loads with the ridox front. As aftermarket bumpers go it's a good one as the overhang isn't as much as others. I have a knats knob over 4" clearance on the front.

Woman two doors up from me bought the house after splitting with her rich husband. She's about 40, but a proper looker. Never said a word to me until she saw me cleaning the supra the other week. She came over on her way up to the local shop and started chatting about the car and what it was. Some light flirting later and she's back from the shop, and tending to her front garden bending over the flower beds giving me a perfect view of a black thong..............needless to say I spent more time cleaning the side of the car that gave me the best view

Using a 700hp car on drift days, 4000kms sounds like it did ok.
