  2. Blimey, not many totally stock ones about either. Bin those fogs, and someones got a doozy.
  3. Always heard good things about the BC's from the subaru lot I used to roll with (that moment of madness has now passed )
  4. That attitude will get you no where mate. For a start, the technical bods, hang out in the technical section. So this should really be in there. As the above poster stated, do a search for error code 42. All speedo related issues seem to stem from dodgy speed convertors and de limiters. I'd start with that, then I'd pull the dash cluster out and see if the de limiter/speed convertor is there. If it is, I'd remove it anbd go for a drive. Sure you'll be limited to 110mph, but you'll be able to eliminate the convertor as a problem.
  5. I'm not sure what the top line is suggesting. But the middle one looking at the key is PS, and you're around the 170 mark. PS is not quite the same as BHP. PS is a german abreviation of pferdestärke. I believe 100 PS is 98.6 BHP, so almost 1 for 1.
  6. A mate of mine just bought himself a convertible M3 and it has some sort of snazzy clifford alarm fitted. If he arms it with the roof down, it shuts the roof and the windows. He wants it to leave the roof open. Does anyone know how to disable this feature.?
  7. Hmm, the engine speed is way out. You top out at 3750rpm apparently.

  9. That is Dave Whittle I believe
  10. Some people lower the car more than others across the front and rear. I believe that lowering springs will change the stance of the car by lowering it more at the front, and not necessarily by the same amount. Yours looks fine though.
  11. More pics please !! I don't even know what these wheels look like myself as mines still in the garage
  12. Well, there's me thinking I was the only ones with the ROTA GTLM......that didn't last long Looks lovely mate.
  13. I skateboarded for years in my youth, and I never got anywhere near that level. Good luck to the lad.
  14. Awesome. The mind boggles at the possibilities...........
  15. x3, hope you're ok mate. ( might want to put the story in members chat )
  16. Blimey, you'll be hard pushed to get a definitive answer mate, most cars on here are running adjustable coilovers, different lowering springs, aftermarket wheels. So no two answers are going to be the same. Get some pics up of your car, and we'll know if its been lowered excessively.
  17. As much as I hate to invite a ridiculously obscure response, Carl S has some HUGE wheels on the back of his car...........
  18. I see you have racelogic TC, disconnect it and see what happens. I'm sure I've read something similar somewhere where the racelogic system was the issue. You are more than likely wheel spinning in this gear more than the others, hence why it only does it in first.
  19. Blimey, if this gets delayed anymore, my car might actually be finished so I might come
  20. Very true, especially with the ridgeback I had. He would sit, only if there was something in it for him, he would chase a stick once, but that's it. If you threw it again, he'd look at you like "I just went and got that, if you want it, don't throw it".
  21. Yes, I know it's a turbo timer But I know some of them you set to run for a specific time, whereas the one I had on my old supe ran on depending on how much you booted it.
  22. How hard are these to fit, and does this one have the auto thing where it makes the engine run on for longer if the cars been driven harder?
  23. Really?!? I've read time and time again on here that you need to spend mega bucks to do go single (properly). If you can knock out a single conversion for 2K, I'd be interested in the details.
