  1. Air con dehumidifies the air, try it next time your screen fogs up and watch how fast it clears. This is why when you press the front screen button on the controls, it automatically puts the air con on.
  2. If it's on there already, and it works, leave it on. On that one day a year when it's uber hot, even with the roof off, you'll be thankful for it. Aircon also de-mists the screen rapidly.
  3. Searching will reveal some options for you. You can get the turbo refurbed for around the £500 mark by someone like turbo technics. Or, alternatively you could go the hybrid route and buy a set of stronger stock fit turbos that'll handle more power for about £1000. Or you could try Jezz or Keron on here who break supras that may have a second hand one for you.
  4. Do I remember you having a double din flashy head unit mate? If so which one, ?
  5. http://cdn.images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1286/1286697-5.jpg http://images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1286/1286697-2.jpg You'll knock £500 off this easy http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1286697.htm
  6. +1 Scott, I nearly bought a gunmetal one before I got the supe
  7. I will hopefully be able to show my face, doubt I can run the lap though. Fear of incriminating myself prevents me from driving on certain parts of it
  8. nice mate Loving the gratuitous hovis too
  9. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with the mouth.
  10. She was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar........no seriously, she was. I was the barman. That was 12 years ago.
  11. No problem, good luck with it matey
  12. Ok, easy way to see if it's engine or drivetrain related. Get to the speed where the noise occurs and depress the clutch (or put it in N for auto), if the noise stops, it's engine related, if it continues, its not your engine. It sounds to me like it's road speed related, and more than likely something to do with the prop shaft. You might have run something over and it's wrapped around the prop.
  13. Nooooooooooo!!!, is that an elite too? Not good mate, go out and buy an arcade unit!
  14. I don't thiknk you'll see it until release day still, everyone selling the game has upgraded to couriers, so they'll specify date of delivery.
  15. Get the EBC on there mate, you'll be surprised at the difference at 1.2 bar
  16. Welcome mate. Blimey, first supra and it's a single, good effort
  17. Last time I spoke to Albert at knightracer, they'd stopped the trial rear end due to fitment issues. As for front ends......Ridox FTW
  18. You span 270 degrees and call that a recovery? I call that a lost it big time
  19. You're in Sidcup eh? me too I took one look at the weather and decided to take the R6 instead, I didn't want to get the supe dirty
  20. Looks fine mate, in fact, excellent considering the mileage.
  21. I don't mind a meet set up for specific clubs, it tends to keep the idiots out. Thats how the Bluewater one started. The meet got well established and a good 300 cars would show up, all of them japanese P&J's. After a while though, the idiots got wind of it and allsorts started showing up. Then the inevitable police presence showed after a security guard was nearly knocked over by someone using the car park as a race track. Seems to be the way with these things. Maybe you should attend one of the specific south east supra meets shown in the SE events section, instead of trying to start a new one.
  22. Sorry to hear that mate, makes my blood boil!!. I finished work last night around midnight and was driving home, I got several muppets jump out in front of the car from behind trees. I also had a bus stop full of young ladies screaming and waving their arms at me in a drunken stuper.....which wasn't so bad
