  1. I've decided to go with Paul Whiffen Stage 1 hybrids. I'm currently waiting to get the funds or wait for my current tubbies to let go. The recon ends up costing close to the price of hybrids from Paul, so it makes sense to just get some from someone who is a reputable trader who knows their supras. That way I'll also be happy to know that they'll run 1.2 bar all day long, whereas stock turbos are on the threshold at that point.
  2. Doesn't stop it being retofitted though. Modding any kit to fit either a facelift or a pre facelfit is a relatively simple job compared to the actual fitting of the kit Bottom line, get whatever kit you want, all kits fit all years. though how well they fits depends on who the kit supplier is
  3. I got a replacement belt from one of the breakers on here. Easy to fit, took about 30 mins to swap out.
  4. I think it was around 7 of us, so not bad at all.
  5. I didn't see you there Chris, I was looking for yur Mazda 3 but couldn't see it.
  6. Hello mate, it went pretty well........a fairly big chav presence though. Good thing about this though is the Supras were by far the best there EDIT, just tried to upload the pics I took, but they're all messed up.
  7. Why Chris?, I saw you the other day in Sidcup, your car looked V.nice
  8. I think the Skyline boys are coming, should help disguise us as a taxi rank
  9. Are you still coming then ? Tell you what, I'll buy you a calender with the right month on it if you do
  10. I was thinking that was the Red NA you had Surj! Sorry to see your selling mate. If it helps, maybe think of it as a stepping stone to getting a TT EDIT, I hope it stops raining. I cleaned my car two days ago and I've not taken her out since so I'm ready for tonight.
  11. You do realise this is tomorrow right?

    Dude!!

    Is he a Ridgeback?
  13. How's the oil burner going? Any chance of you getting a supra again any time soon.?
  14. Nice one Surj, great to see you're still lurking on here
  15. My plan this time around is to have two builds. One A600 supra setup is all about speed with the majority of modifications done to the engine, the car has no modifications fitted that increase downforce, though the suspension has been fettled and brakes are uprated to aid handling. On the tracks with longer straights, this setup is preferred, such as New York. My other A600 setup has very little done to the engine, but its geared around handling. better aero parts to increase downforce in the corners and fettled gearing to make accelerating out of corners much quicker. On certain tracks, it's tested to go two seconds quicker than my more powerful setup..... now I just have to sort out the driver
  16. Did you check your brake fluid level yet?
  17. It will float to the top as normal. ..................do we have to explain why?
  18. The game is best played with a group of like minded individuals. Tuesday night was brilliant
  19. Hit hit something, at 33MPH in and Escalade?, I'm surprised he even felt it, let alone got seriously injured.
  20. I know your a member as I saw recent pics of your car in the gallery section taken in Bluewater. Saw you the other day heading towards Blackfen, I was on my R6 though so couldn't wave. Your car looked nice and clean though
  21. You say that, but both my imports have documented history with mileage verification from the far east.
  22. Just found the PDF for the installation of the unit. It apparently comes with a supplied 'weld on' thread for the sensor, so you have to get a hold drilled into the exhaust and then welded in.
  23. that is a good deal, I've always wondered though, where do you mount the sensor? Ihave a double decat, would I have to get a hole drilled and tapped to screw the sensor into?
