I drive mine like a girl most of the time, mainly because I cant afford for it to go wrong, and secondly because I cant afford the fuel. I also wont be able to afford the insurance if i get caught speeding, or crash and lose my NCB. Not much point in me having my Supe really, other than the fact it looks and sounds nice

The flag (comprising a red cross on a white background) is to be attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle. My Dad has a turbo charged gsx1100 (1260), they look a bit old but make a good drag bike. 10.12 isn't bad going! Did the gsx have an extended swing arm? My best time on the GSXR (1216) is 9.70 @ 137, but the new head should bring that down a bit.

I'll be there either Saturday (test & tune) or Sunday, depending on whether my bike is ready. Just picked up a new head for my gsxr, so need to make sure it's running right before the main event at Pod next weekend. What times were you running on the suzuki?

How did you know that they were for a mk3? Did you not have to specify the year of the car?

How much are you paying per litre? I just bought 56 (ish) litres @ 97.9. That was from the red light flickering, to full (but maybe could have squeezed a bit more in) is it a 60 litre tank?

Hi everyone, been on here a couple of weeks but just insured the Supra today as i was waiting for my 21st Birthday (Sunday). My car: 94 JSpec TT Auto GZ, Tanabe Exhaust with one de-cat, 18" Wheels, Done just over 50,000 miles bought it off my dad (TonyS) so it's been looked after! Cant stop smiling! Apart from the cost of Optimax, just filled it up from empty for £55. Taking it steady for a bit i think, so i can get used to it. I'll get some pictures up soon.

I'd be carefull comparing quotes on a UK supe. My quote on a UK TT was £800 @ 21 with 2 years NCB. It goes up to £1400 for an import. Crazy!

I've just bought my Dads JSpec TT off him, i'm 21 on the 23rd April, my insurance will be £1450 fully comp, that's with 2 years NCB with Elephant, but they wont insure me until i'm 21. So it's sat on the drive waiting... I also tried Sky, who would insure me straight away for £1800 fully comp, but i couldnt justify spending another £350 for 3 weeks driving. Agreed that adding parents, especially women, brings it down by £100's. I also declared the mods (wheels and exhaust)
