whats peoples opinions of flocking the dash/door cards console pros/cons (does it fade in sun ?) ive seen photos and it looks real good but not seen it in the flesh.

need advice on spraying intercooler please black or stop silver

Im going to usc sunday day time and today i was going to paint my intercooler front bit black, but i orderd some alloys weeks ago (jade r 19 inch in silver) The wheel company phoned me yesterday saying there in the shop ready to fit ,so i phoned them and said saturday mid day will be fine. will it look odd if i spray intercooler black and the wheels are silver for this car show ? ie should i wait untill i get it all done together. p.s i dont have time to spray alloys in time(black or what ever colour i decide) what you guys think please
