So as you said Wez, the fuel pump ECU might regulate current as well as voltage? Anyone have the part number for a new fuel pump ECU?

I have mine set on the hardest purely for the reason that its also set on the lowest at the moment. I don't intend to keep it this way because its far too unpractical and uncomfortable for me, but I'm too lazy to get it booked in with a suspension guru so he/she/they can set it up right I also don't know any suspension experts in my area, so it means I would have to travel and probably stop over somewhere Just experiment with it and try to find out what setting suits you best

I'm on my 2nd walbro for this very reason after 2.5 years of running the 12v mod I think its time to change... My first pump melted just as you described in your first post. So, looks like I need a new fuel pump relay, part number anyone? (fuel pump relay in the passanger rear quarter panel stopped working for some reason which is why I did the 12v mod)

Made from fiberglass, painted in midnight purple with holes for 'flush aerocatches' and washer jets. Mesh sprayed black. NOTE: aerocatches and washer jets not included.
