  1. Looking good Rob! Its taken you a while to get it looking how you want, but glad you're pleased p.s are those the new wheels too?
  2. I've just bank transfered the money over to him for one he bought from whifbitz! lol, ahh well
  3. I also got my numberplates from craigsplates.com
  4. Funiest thread '08 Laughing my head off here! What is wrong with people? Everyone has a dillema (sp?) that they feel the need to share with strangers!? Man up ffs, all of you! Much love xxx
  5. v-power is 99 too I think. Its all I've ever used since buying the supe. Apparently Tesco just buy up whatever they can and then put some addatives in and it becomes 99ron? I don't know
  6. lol... Let him live his dream I say!
  7. Niz, I gave you details of the bodyshop guy that did mine (which are perfect) and he quoted you £90... you declined saying it was too much and then decide to pay some guy £60 + a speaker (must be worth £30?) And you had doubts about his workmanship too? I just don't get the logic? *sigh*
  8. Welcome I'm the guy that told you to join here... My offer still stands regarding the brakes
  9. hehe no worries mate, keep in touch about the vacume filter thing
  10. Common faults are the same as with any car the same age as a supra. Suspension will most likely need attention due to worn bushes and joints, valve stem seals if its not been done and is rather high milage? Crank pully failure seems to be quite popular. It all depends on how its been looked after. The most common fault on my car has been the fuel pump. My advice is to NOT do the '12v fuel pump mod' which reminds me, I still need to source a new fuel pump ecu...
  11. I had Eibach springs with OE dampers before I fitted the Teins and imo there isn't much difference in the ride quality/stiffness, but the Teins are height adjustable which is what swayed it for me. I also thought about purchsing the EDFC to adjust the stiffness whie driving, but the supra doesn't get much use so seems like a waste of money
  12. Sorry Anees, I had a look for it yesterday but can't find it I'm sure it was all there when I packaged it up. If you contact one of the traders and they can supply one for you, let me know what the costs were and I'll cover it
  13. I would be claiming the warranty if I had bought them brand new from the shop, but I bought them brand new from a member instead :-/ and he's since been banned from the forum I have a friend who own a car shop that supply Tein stuff so I think I'll have him contact them direct and see what they can do
  14. Hi all, I have Tein Superstreets on my car, they're about a year old and have covered less than 4000miles. Its seems that the rear drivers side is 'leaking' so I took it off for futher inspection. Once it was off the car and cleaned up I noticed that if you push down on the shocker it takes a veeeeeeeeeerrry long time for it to come back up and also leaks what looks like oil from the top. So, knackered we think? Anywhere that refurbs them in Yorkshire or I suppose I could send it off?
  15. I have both cats in the garage... come and collect and its yours? (Barnsley)
  16. Nope, theres no one round here! I'd be interested to know who your good mechanic is?
  17. It means Ian C (a member on here) origionally re soldered a weak point inside the EMU (so I was told by the person I bought it from) Ian C is known on here for his excellent emanage mapping abilities
  18. 1st post updated offers on the EMU anyone?
  19. Same here, aerocatches fitted and it doesn't budge one bit
  20. Paul, is this the full kit thing for changing the valve stem seals? (to eliminate smoke on start up?)
