    wow, well shocked, wierd how people with such wealth and a great life commit suicide, surely hiding away on a private island would be a better alternative to relieve the stress. thoughts go out to his family and friends

    i've owned a bpu manual, a big single manual and now own a mint bpu auto, i can honestly say i love them all but for me the bpu auto wins hands down, no clutch problem's, the kick down is great, relaxing on long journey's and touch wood has been very reliable compared to my single. It all depends on how you drive and how often your car is used, everytime you get in a single it's like the armagedon mate and there is no need for that sort of power on todays road's imho

    after viewing mkivdreamers original for sale thread and reading what needed doing, have all those been done? i.e roof,wheels refurbed........ cheers

    is the oil pump stock as i know with singles the oil pump sometimes needs moding as the front crank oil seal will go otherwise, i had this problem with my old single.

    good descision chris, i think you'll be much happier with the tt lump mate, buy the lump with your 1k and watch on the forum to pick up all the other parts you need. If she's off the road for a year you'll have plenty of time to collect the parts and do the conversion right.
