  1. LOL! [GRIN][/GRIN] Can you get industrial sewing machines for operating theatres? .
  2. .... Anyway the film was overly pretentious. On release the film was sold as having dialogue in the native Aramaic and Latin. Did that add anything to story? Probably not. if it's purpose was to shock and awe then it succeeded. Blah blah blah...
  3. Women avoid having kidz! Child birth also buggers up the furry front bottom region on women. Wherever that is. An ex-g/f had 4 of the little hobbitssss. She was like the Grand Canyon. [sHOCK][/sHOCK] I had to tie a plank across my arse to stop falling in. [GRIN][/GRIN] And the stretch marks ... ever been to Mars?
  4. Wow this is one helluvva mass debate! [GRIN][/GRIN]
  5. Call me Jonah. I've been made redundent twice and my current employer is closing down the UK site. But everytime I've ended with a better job with more money, better terms etc. Ironically the next redundency package will pay off my mortgage. And the phone hasn't stopped ringing from recruitment agencies. You'll get that Supra and that extension. Good luck!

    Damn tyres!

I've seen enough CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Silent Witness to give my expert opinion that it has indeed been slashed by a right handed person in a downward motion from right to left. They had two attempts. And it was probably done at about pub o'clock in the morning. Check a few other cars down the road. Could be a serial slasher. [sHOCK][/sHOCK]

    Damn tyres!

Try Protyre in Bristol Rd, Gloucester. They did me a good deal on Michelin Pilots a few years ago and seem to be cheaper than most places in Chelt. If you're too lazy then Bathwick Tyres in Kingsditch. If you don't give a monkey then Kwikfit in Albion St. Don't use the Tewkesbury Rd depot. They're useless and the balance machine is always wrong.
  8. Pleased to meet you. Yeah he told me about his mental Mister 2. With a little more angle those humps would have made excellent launch pads.

    Robbin bastards

Chavs would steal the shotgun and rotweiler and leave the car? [GRIN][/GRIN]
  10. I agree. Just fitted a Chris Wilson SMIC I bought from Ryan G. Removal was a cinch but refitting was very fiddly. I reckon the lower hose should needs at least another 10 mm length. And I had to leave out the front bolt that near the tow point that held in the plastic active spoiler cover. Supe does feel snappier and more responsive. This guide was very useful. But didn't bother with battery earth disconnection as it locks out my ICE.
  11. And so does mine. [GRIN][/GRIN]
  12. I was in the storm blue UK spec. You flashed at me you cheeky boy - and waved. I was off to Woodstock to pick up a Chris Wilson SMIC from Ryan G. Those speed humps are a bugger!
  13. Have you driven by a road works or while road markings were painted? A girl at work did and there was nothing in our engineering/R & D/test labs that could get the stuff off without dissolving the car. It was muscle power and elbow grease. Sorry. [sAD][/sAD]
  14. How long have you had it and why are you selling it?
  15. I use Solidworks or ProE for kitchen and extension modelling. It's about £3000 per workstation. LOL!
  16. I use to work with a guy who's wife regularly got lost. She insisted she needed her own car for the shopping and the school run. Interestingly she managed to add 17,000 miles/yr when the school was a few miles up the road and supermarket was just around the corner. Turned out she was seeing somebody else 30 miles up the road every day. Big question about who was the father of the kids. [sAD][/sAD] Ended happily in divorce.

Hi Pot, there must be an imposter or my batmobile has been cloned. [sHOCK][/sHOCK]. It was sitting in the garage. [/GRIN]. 4 years ago there use to be another storm blue Supra but it was Jap spec. The plate has SUP***. Alot my mates got us confused. haven't seen it for a while. I did take her out today to the race course to look at the bike show. You wanna have a peep up there tomorrow. It's 10am to 4pm and is free. BUT it's organised by the police so behave!!! 18. I was in Stratford-Upon-Avon last night to see Rainbow Rising a Rainbow tribute band. Sadly for the youngsters out there it was nothing to do with Geoffrey, Zippy and Bungle. A zillion years ago heavy metal ruled and Rainbow featured mega rockers like Dio, Richie Blackmore and Cosy Powell. Anyway I digress, Rainbow Rising were absolutely brilliant! It was like going back intime to the 70s. If you like your music live and not off a turntable with 180 bpm track then checkout Cox's Yard in Stratocaster-Upon-Avon. It's only down the road from the RSC theatre. And secure parking across the road for your Supe.
  19. The company I was thinking of is Gary Brown Upholstery on 023 8087 1969 in 22 Plower rd, Totton. They did an excellent job my mates MR2 seats.
  20. Why don't you go to B & Q and look at the mesh they sell. Not chicken wire. They do zinc plated steel, brass, aluminium, plastic etc with loads of different meshsizes. And best of all it doesn't get marked up 10 times and resold as Toyota Supra grille mesh.
  21. There's a place in Totton that did a top job on my mates MR2 interior and a good price.
  22. I was in Germany on Tuesday and Wednesday (yesterday). We rented one of those Volvo 4x4 from SIXT. The business meetings were only about 2 hours long but we travelled from Berlin to Dessau to Braunschweig to Hannover back to Braunschweig then off to Berlin. About a zillion miles. It was along day but made quite interesting by our German colleague who was driving. He spent most of the time doing 220 km/h about 136 mph in rain and sleet! He slowed down once for more fuel. In the UK he'd got executed. He talked on the phone, slip streamed Audis etc. Only thing he didn't do was undertake. Too dangerous he said!????!! I may be relocating to Stuttgart. So I'll need a LH drive Supe. [GRIN][/GRIN]
  23. Don't forget to weld in 12"x6" RSJ down the sides to cope with the chassis flexing with all that power.
  24. There's only one Rob W in town. He says I'm 'looking after it' for him. And as he's 10' 10" tall, I'm not arguing!! [sHOCK][/sHOCK].
